well DAMNIT. I thought there was a good chance that I would make it though customs overnight, and I'd wake up to my computer being loaded on a truck, but it looks like it spent the night in customs, going on 24 hours now. Absolutely no chance of getting it today, as expected. Poor thing is still a province away. Now I'm just hoping for before the weekend. *sigh*

Hi guys, i'm from germany and ordered a MacBook Pro 13" BTO (1TB, 16 GB, i7) about 1 hour after the keynote.
Expected delivery time was 16-23 Nov
Yesterday morning my order went on P4S and my credit card got reserved.
An hour ago my order went on shipped and i got an DHL Express number. I expected the order to get delivered from china in a few days but i just looked into DHL and to my surprise saw that my package is already in the netherlands (the shipment started there).
Hope to get it tomorrow.

Mine is being processed in Shanghai now as well......with all these nightmare stories, i was hoping it wasn't going to end up there....hence why Shanghai to HK is apparently going to take 4 days when it "Should" be overnight with DHL Express.
I'm in the same boat as you. Hoping it'll turn up on Saturday 19th instead.
It says it's already departed shanghai....no reason why it couldn't land in HK early morning and be out for delivery....this is express DHL...
It was, yes. Typically from my experience in parcels from NL, DHL ships parcels to Brussels and then puts them on a plane to East Midlands. I'm close to EMA, so I might be lucky and get it tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

DHL don't deliver on weekends.
You're not. Seeing the exact same history. I ordered 15" SG/2.9/1 TB/460. Delivery went Fromm today (11/17) to Tuesday (11/22). Ugh!!
This has been the worst Apple shipping experience of my life. Now past the 2-3 week shipping estimate I received, still Processing, still No Charge on my BTO MacBook Pro 15" 1TB SSD. I've called Apple Support once so far a couple of days ago and they shrugged it off saying everything appeared normal. This is crazy.

I was in the same situation until 10 minutes ago. It wen't from Processing to Preparing for shipment. There is still no charge but a precharge if I check my credit cart.
That's odd. And terrible for you! What was your config?

15" SG, 2.9 Ghz, 460, 1TB. I called customer service and they said sorry nothing they can do about it and it will show up no later than Dec. 1-8. They already guaranteed me it would show up no later than Nov. 23 two days ago when I called to check on order.
That's awful, I'm sorry to hear that. Have you tried calling local Apple Stores/dealers to see if they have it in stock? My 13" BTO is still in processing but 1 local store said they might have one arriving next week with the specs I'm looking for. I'll call them again this week if I don't see further progress on my current order.
The delay is PVG. When it leaves PVG arrives in HKG 2am Processed and sent to depots for same day delivery in HK.
Mine was at delivery facility for Lantau at 09:00.
I called both my local stores and they only carry stock models. I'm told if if I want an upgraded machine I need to order through the online store.
As someone who travels a lot I can empathize with your situation. Could a stock model from an Apple Store tide you over?
It would, but I don't want to cancel my other order (been waiting a long time for the new MBP). I doubt they would let me return it after 2-3 weeks of use.
