Guys !!! what the ****k, I was at the Apple Store and this was the floor model, iris pro 580..... did they really had it design and did not deliver...
It's not a 580, it's just being mislabeled. The CPU is still showing as the i7-6700HQ, which does not have a 580.

I'm very interested to know how Apple resolves this. Do you have to send your dead adapter back, or take it to an Apple Store? Will they just ship you a new one for free?
Nov. 25 - Dec. 2. I ordered on October 29th. Base 15" model. I'm in the USA
yours should definitely go to P4S any day now.. i am 23-30 in germany and mine changed to p4s yesterday..
The woman had me on hold for about an hour while she shuffled around from department to department trying to find somebody who could replace the part.
She then came back and told me to take it to an Apple Store. She didn't like the fact that my nearest Apple store was 4 hours away. She said she had run out of ideas and was going to put me in touch with a specialist.
First thing the specialist did was try to suggest that I should drive the 4 hours, 8 hours round-trip, to my nearest Apple Store because it would be an "instant replacement". As if, lady. As. If.
I don't understand why even a supervisor can't pull some strings to have the Online Store order me the 87w adapter at $0 instead of having the balls to suggest I drive 4 hours to go get a warranty replacement. They're in stock online.

With 22-30 delivery date, still processing, no charge. I expected to have it on Tuesday
Same boat, ordered day 1, window is nov 22-30, still processing and no credit card charge yet.
ordered via academic pricing. my 15" was picked up in Shanghai by DHL on 11/16. estimated delivery date is listed as 11/22. now the apple order status page says "out for delivery" but DHL tracking website just says "With delivery courier".

Ordered 15" maxed except for 1TB. 11:42PDT on the 27th. Apple's estimate for me in Northern Canada was Nov 24-30. Being delivered today on Nov 18th. Way to go Apple and UPS!! UPS had to truck it up to me the last 2 days...I was prepared for delivery to slip to the 21st but very happy it made it.

That's ridiculous. Surely your local 4hr away store or any other should have stock of one and have one shipped out next day delivery and you hand the faulty back to the driver who ships it back to apple
