Anyone else stuck in Narita via UPS? My order originally shipped on Nov 21 and arrived in Narita on Nov 22 at 19:46 local time. UPS Flight 109 left from Narita to Anchorage just a little bit over 1 hour ago (21:55 local time) but no departure scan with my tracking.

2016 Macbook Pro, Order/Shipping Thread

Ordered a 15" Space Gray 2.9, 16GB, 460, 1TB on 11/7... estimated delivery window is 12/14-12/20 and I have not received any changes or updates since I ordered. 
I'm 43 and this will be the first Mac computer I've ever owned, although I've had several of the mobile devices over the years.
I'm a designer and, believe it or not, I've been using PC's exclusively at both of my last two jobs and that's all I've had at home over the years. I started a new job as a video editor/animator and now use Macs exclusively at my work station. Once I acclimated to the OS, I had to have my own and waited two years for the MBP to be released. Ordered one as soon as I squared away my finances.
Anyway, I'm really looking forward to this... should be a lot of fun.

I have decided this is a game Apple likes to play. It is frustrating, that it takes so long. I will probably lose out on the Barclays card financing deal because it is taking so long. Can't find one in store yet and as I posted earlier, Apple told me I won't see my config in store and anyone who has posted they have, according to Apple is lying. Yeah, who is not being honest?
I called barclay to make sure I would not lose my special no interest financing and they said it won't be a problem at all. I applied for the card and that second on NOVEMBER 2nd I used it to by my new silver 15 inch macbook pro. Still hasn't charged my card but they assured me when I called it won't be a problem at all because I already placed an order. Just thought Id share if that put your mind at ease at all.
I also called and was told the same thing.
I spoke with Domonique and she said that whenever there are new Apple product releases or delays because of demand they allow for a lot of flexibility to the "interest free for purchases within 30 days" policy.
If, for some reason, your purchase starts accruing interest, she just said to call and explain and they'll take care of it.
Hopefully you'll see movement soon. I have the same delivery window and am preparing for shipment as of this morning.Another morning waking up with absolutely no movement
Well OK. I ordered mine on 10/31. I'm not seeing any movement at the moment, but it looks like I'm nearly at the front of the waiting line.
It is for the stock 15" 2.7/512/455. Delivery window is currently Dec. 7-13.

Hoping so, too! I'm waiting on a stock model, so I assume that's why I haven't seen any movement. They always seem to show progress last.
Not true. Many stores have the 15"/2.9/1TB/460. I've been to three in NJ and they all had it.

Keith (lol) so kindly told me that he doesn't see how they'd be able to deliver before Monday. Customs is a beating and he said Monday is the only date in his mind for how soon it could possible get to us. So, hey.. Whatever. It is what it is, maybe he's wrong.

Maybe they're waiting for mine to catch up to itMine 15" all maxed out except ssd shipped on Tues. via Fedex. It was at Narita, Japan, now it is at Korea? Does not make any sense to me, anyone else in the same situation?

I'm assuming they are on FedEx Flight #90 which is currently en route to Memphis? Our MBPs should arrive in the US around 11:30PM EST this evening.
Holy........ When I first saw what you said I thought there's absolutely no way. I figured it had much more bouncing around in Asia to do based off others shipping status'. But no you are right... I think that is our flight!!!

Haha. We may have a marginal chance to pick up at Fedex station on Friday or Saturday.
Yeah... Only problem is you can only pick up at a store, right? The FedEx station has to ship it to the store (just like it would be shipping to your house)... At least that's how it was all explained to me in detail by Keith of International Shipping at FedEx on the phone yesterday when I tried to get expedited shipping hahaha
