Ok, I'm confused. The 13 from Union Square and the 13 from 5th Avenue have different layouts for the keyboard, if you look at the return button. Which one is the production layout?
That weird return button is part of the European keyboard layout.
Nice find! I just searched "Apple Store Fifth Avenue" and "Apple Store Upper East Side" under the locations search in Instagram. This might have been tagged incorrectly from someone in the UK or something. Looks like a Euro keyboard.

I'm I the only one who's hoping Apple doesn't ship before the estimated date.

Wot? They don't do a preauthorization for the total amount?
Not that I'm aware off??. I checked the FAQs for billing and it said it wouldn't charge my card until its ship. Perhaps a the procedure is different here in New Zealand?

Decided to order the 13" non-touch MBP with 16gb ram. Supposedly will be delivered by the 11th.

You can get the 2015 13" refurb from Apple which is basically a complete new laptop with 3.1 i7, 256 ssd and 16 gb for under 2k. Compares to same 2000 you pay for the 16gb with 2.0 ghz.
Since the 2015 has usb a, sd card,magsafe etc - and given the outcry in this community about the lack of the very same ports on the new models - i thought that no one would buy that.
Guess Apple isnt totally wrong about going all TB3.

Basically preference. I was on the fence about it and decided to go with the 2016 model. Felt it fit my needs and within my budget.
