I put mine in the second the store was accessible on macOS (the store came up on the iOS app a little beforehand) and my receipt email came in at 1:39PM PST.

Ordered mine just at about the 1:30PM CST mark. Custom configuration (2.7ghz, 1TB, R460). Charged around 3-4am this morning.
Yep, and just like those we'll have to wait till the early mornings (US based) to see if cards get charged. Doesn't look like anyone gets anything beyond late morning.

I'm waiting for that too since I'm in that camp. I'm hopeful that it starts the end of this week but in reality I belive it won't start till next week.
Im in the 13 Dec - 19 Dec bracket for a 13" Stock except for 16GB Ram. Just called Capital One to notify them after seeing the other guy get the approve email from CapOne. Ill eventually receive my new macbook.
On the plus side, that's a killer config and exactly what I would've ordered if I wanted the 15" model. Better to order what you want and be truly happy with your machine when it arrives. But believe me, I understand the pain, as I cancelled a first wave Nov 17 order the next day to bump up the specs.
Def not priority first. I got my confirmation e-mail at 11:26am (2:26pm EST) on 10/27 thinking I'd be able to start using it on-site with clients earlier. Earliest confirmation I've seen. Still no activity since the e-mail.
Oh well, at least my dongles are on their way! Makes me wonder if using credit vs. debit makes any difference in your order. When I bought my 7+, they required that it be purchased on credit.
