That's all good information to know, thanks! Hopefully will help for future orders, too.

This has been one strange launch for me personally. I'm normally one of those who orders immediately after the keynote and receive the time in one of the first shipment batches. Unfortunately, due to being indecisive about specs, and then deciding I want a 15" (for the first time ever; I have always been a 13" guy!), things got delayed.
[doublepost=1481227720][/doublepost]I just realised that all this talk about measurements could be taken another way... May need to word things more carefully next time!

Hahah! You're one greedy guy! ;)

*crazy* amount of glitches. Thats my mission control. Massive amounts of tearing and artifacts when switching between spaces as well.

13" TB 8/512

I just wanted to chip-in here.

When I (briefly) had a 15" MBP with 460, I noticed that after disconnecting from my LG 4K display, the full-screen thumbnails (which are displayed when you swipe up with 3 fingers) would be blanked out.

Have my weirdest one so far, the screensaver moves at double speed (flurry) than normal :)

Glitches that happen during booting and login, is very likely caused by a bug in the NVRAM in sierra. Test by changing resolution (scaling) to other than default. The apple logo on boot will change its size. It start at default always. But nvram should remember last used resolution and boot on that one.

I had the same with the 15". Seems that it is not limited to the Radeon GPUs.

Quick question; do you get this glitch all the time, or only after disconnecting from an external monitor?

That particular glitch, yes only when I disconnect from my monitor, which is the new LG 4K.

There are plenty of other visual glitches though. Screen tears, GUI freezes, artifacts when switching spaces that disappear after a second or two.

Thanks for confirming. I had exactly the same issue when disconnecting from my LG 4K as well...

It does not happen with my 12" MacBook. I hope a fix comes for this soon...
