Cowboys fan since birth, absolutely pathetic showing. But at least they know it and are openly admitting it? Lol.

Same here re: fan since day one. Pathetic showing is being nice. I had to turn the channel it was so bad. Trying to look at the positive side, they needed to lose one so they didn't have the pressure of going undefeated!:):D

I had the same thought. Seems like they took it as an eye opener so we shall see how Monday pans out!

Would have been pretty hard going undefeated anyways if Elliotts suspension got reinstated.

So I wonder the NFL thinks of two LA teams, and neither of which can fill any seats at the coliseum. LA just doesn't seem to care, and given how the chargers left what is considered a faithful fanbase, they truly must be shaking their heads.
Just saw a story online yesterday saying the NFL would love it if Dean Spanos moved the Chargers back to SD.

Oh I bet, they [the nfl] royally screwed up by letting two franchises move to LA. I don't think that location can support two teams

Agreed.

I'm not sure what is happening, but the 49ers game against the Rams was half empty. And it was actually a great game.

The last drive before the half for the seahawks is proof that Darrel bevel needs the boot.

And the first drive of the 2nd half proves he doesn't.

Go figure.

o_O
They're trying to run as if they had a great offensive line. Unfortunately the offensive line sucks and running the ball results in stalling the drive too many times.

The 1st drive of 4th quarter proves he does

Looks like seattle D is tired and titans win the game

Ya if Pete Carroll doesn't do something about that very offensive line and or coordinator Seattle will go down hard.

Even though they put up points that had more to do with the Titans slacking off in the 3rd quarter. and because the defense was on the field so long they got tired and caved.

Yeah if the offense stayed on the field and not go 3 and out so much, the defense would be able to keep just about any team to 15-20 points.

The dude on the steelers that went out for the anthem on his own got some balls. I still don't understand why the nfl players are disrespecting the military when their problem is police brutality. The police are not the military.

Wow tough break for the Giants yesterday, they finally showed some life on Offense only to get beat by a miraculous 61yd FG by a rookie kicker, ouch!

I'll be flying down to Tampa for next weeks game against the Bucs with a few buddies... Anyone from the Tampa Bay area got any good suggestions for pre-game drinks, watching the sunday night and Monday night game, good places to eat?

we try to go to at least one or 2 road games every year until we've visited every NFL stadium.

The anthem isn't the military, either. Not sure how those goalposts got moved, but the assumption that kneeling for the anthem = disrespecting the military is wrong. I know this isn't a political forum, so I won't continue the discussion, just adding my two cents. I know it's a divisive issue (thanks to the media) and I respect others' points of view.

While I'm glad the Patriots pulled that one out yesterday, they played like hot garbage for most of the 2nd half, especially on offense. Josh McDaniels' playcalling has been utterly mystifying so far this season. Houston's front 7 is awesome when Watt, Clowney, and Mercilus are all healthy. If Deshaun Watson continues to develop, they are a legit top AFC team.

The anthem is a symbol of our country, and many have sacrificed so much to provide the freedom that our country has. The semantics argument about it not being anti-american, or anti-military is ignorant and contrived.

Regardless, it is quite interesting how many teams played just awful yesterday. It seems that they didn't have their minds on the x's and o's the way they should have. I believe that to be a reflection of generational work ethic today, and think that a lot people affiliated with the league should be worried.

That's a little too deep imo. Any given Sunday....only 1 team has gone undefeated in the history of the NFL. So good teams can lose, and bad teams can win.

The Cowboys need to do some adjustments, the Cardinals are cutting through their defense like a hot knife through butter.

Ugh, I really wish the NFL would have just ignored the idiot of Trump until he moved on to the next thing he wants to rant about. Just keep sports and politics separate

The nfl players started all this(Colin Kapernick). Wouldn't exacly put the blame on trump. But yes I also wish politics would be kept out of football.
[doublepost=1506390345][/doublepost]Looks like neither oline is jellying, the nfl needs to allow more preseason practice with pads.
