For some reason Costco seems to be terrible at handling online shopping and their website. Maybe get a new IT department. I recalled last thanksgiving was a **** show and I also often see price mistakes for their laptop or they would list an item but it won’t be there when you click into it. I’m not surprised that this happened. Glad they are giving out gift cards.

Actually I don't think they actually ever charged me. They authorized the amount during Checkout and it just fell off of my bank a few days later. I expect I'll see a new charge over the next couple of days.

I was sent a mini too. I'm currently waiting for a call back to see what my options are about getting the MBA. I have an email saying my MBA is on the way last night and one this morning from Costco Concierge about technical support for my MBA. I'm hoping these two emails will be enough support for an exchange.

The supervisor had me send her screen shots of my order, shipping, and delivery confirmation showing it was the MBA. She is now going to contact Apple to see about fulfilling the order.

im just curious when the item shipped did you guys get the status on Costco.com to update from 'order received' to 'shipped' or it stayed at that
this makes me wonder if regular shipping people who got the email yesterday saying its delayed to April 6-10 will get an Air instead of mini. probably not, probably more minis or cancellations but

I got the delay email too on Monday or Tuesday but then shipped email at midnight today.
are you gonna try support to get it exchanged for an Air too ? or just giving up? and sorry if already asked but you went with expedited shipping too Im assuming?
Yeah expedited. I'm not sure yet, probably will try to exchange it based on what @skenney1993 finds out.
It might help our cases once you guys get your Mini's and call in too. If the first person you speak too will only refund you, ask to speak to supervisor and let the supervisor know that you can send them pics of the order confirmation. I am assuming your shipping confirmation said MBA?

It’s called disputing the charge.
You ordered X. They sent you Y.
There are laws protecting you if you used a credit card and the merchant won’t make it right.
They started the return at Costco so I’d get my money either way.

Also they reached back and said no go on fulfilling the order. So we all have to return the Mac mini to get our money back if they charged you
So long as Costco is playing ball then you needn’t do a dispute.

Just got my package and I can already tell by the size there is no MBA inside. Wish they would've just left the order cancelled and mailed me a $50 gift card. Now to deal with returns

yes, but people have gotten Mac minis shipped even after the cancellation email ...
and we all got a weird email the other day saying there is a delay but the order for the i5/512 MBA will be filled April 6-10.
The expedited users , some got their minis already and are dealing with Costco returns
That's pretty weird. You would think they would go through all of these orders after correcting such a mistake. The gift card is still pretty neat.
