Wow, what time did you order on May 4th? did you receive it?

I ordered the Ice Lake i5/16/512 on May 4 about 30 minutes after it went on sale, and received it on Thursday. I did pay the extra $8 for “express” shipping, though.

My card was charged Saturday night, however still at processing on the order status. Hoping they ship out on Monday and I receive it by or before Friday. If that happens that's basically half the shipping time they quoted me. Ball is in your court apple.

Best Buy has the earliest ship date as 5/15, Costco 5/25 and Amazon is unknown.

Now I wait and see who ships first and cancel the rest.

Just got a 2019 refurbished MBP i5/8/256 last Thursday and saw on Monday that a new MBP was released... so the 2019 MBP is going back to Apple!

CC was billed yesterday around 3PM, and status changed to “preparing to ship” within a few minutes...

Woke up this morning to an Apple email with tracking from UPS. The MBP left Shanghai earlier with a scheduled delivery of May 14th!

Mine’s apparently been shuffling around Shanghai for two days and my delivery date has changed from “May 14 - on time” to “unavailable - date tentative“ twice. Not super confident I’m going to see it this week.
