For UPS is “export scan” in Shanghai the last scan before it leaves China? It’s been static for about 36hrs so I’m assuming it’s in transit to US?

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but mine spent around that much time in Shanghai before it went to Narita. Then it spent just over 48 hours in Narita before it arrived in Anchorage.

Was Processing, now Order Placed and gone from June 3rd to “2-3 weeks” — still no money taken!


Ordered mine yesterday, and moved fairly quickly after to processing. Now back to "order placed" and "arrives june 2nd"

"We’ve received your payment information and are preparing your order." -> no payment taken though.
 
Well add me to the list of those affected by the rollback to "order received" back from "processing". Card still hasn't been charged but I can't cancel the order either 🤔

Order gone from delivery on the 26th to 1-2 weeks. I'll call them again on Monday to see what's going on and maybe cancel it, last time I ordered a launch Macbook there wasn't all this nonsense.

The 1-2 weeks thing is just an IT issue on their side. My order (which was shipped yesterday and still has an eta of Monday according to UPS) is also now listed as 'Order Received' with a 1 - 2 week eta on the Apple site.

With apple stores reopening in many countries(for example: here from tuesday) do you think they'll have some stock in house of 2020 mbp 13?
 
Nothing. UPS driver didn't come to my area for the second day in a row. I got an email saying delivery has been rescheduled again for end of day Tuesday. Tracking has now kicked back to "In transit", "Delivery date unavailable" and it's still only showing the destination scan from Thursday. And I can't call UPS because the Canadian offices are closed until Tuesday. I also tried changing the delivery address to an access point, but apparently Apple doesn't allow that. A little frustrated, seeing as where it's allegedly sitting is 25 minutes away from me, and is taking 5 extra days to get to me (if that happens).

I may go the route of calling Apple, see if they can do anything from their side. I wouldn't be worrying if I had some UPS scan data to tell me where it is.

I get that these are unprecedented times, I get that delivery companies are swamped, but the lack of communication and information is driving me nuts. I need to know if I need to open an incident for a lost/stolen package.
Damn that sucks.... What's your delivery time frame from Apple?
I'd try to see what Apple could do on their end...

Do you have a short list of Touch Bar apps I could try or learn about that would give more functionality?
I haven't had the time do figure it all out, but I've heard nothing but good things about better touch tool.
 
Has anyone else's UPS tracking been stuck on "Your package was released by the customs agency" the last 2 days or so?
 
my fedex shipment which was supposed to arrive wednesday now says “Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve your tracking results at this time. Please try again later.”

I had the same problem when not logged in to Fedex's site. When I log in, the tracking number still works and shows no change since it arrived "At local Fedex facility" in Shanghai earlier today.

So I guess Apple's and Fedex's site are having problems? Must be all of us reloading so often!
 
Ugh, yikes.... My client has the same issue too with their internet.....

@DarkMCS @kb2755 My MBP just got delivered 40 minutes ago! No update to the tracking since yesterday and boom there was the UPS driver, just like what happened to @DarkMCS. Hopefully, yours arrives soon too @kb2755, if it hasn't
already.

I am awaiting a MBP delivery. Live in the GTA and the Concord facility is my delivery facility. As of the 15th, my tracking shows Order Processed: On its Way to UPS.

I was wondering if they had you sign for the package? Or they released it without one? Did you have to have any contact with the driver, or did they just leave it at the door?
Lately, we've just been letting them ring our doorbell, drop it and go. Then we pick it up. But none of our UPS packages have required a signature yet.

I just don't want to cause unnecessary delays.

has anyone who experienced the “we can’t show your orders” message had it go away? I’m wondering if its a problem with the website or a problem with the order prep/shipping logistics. Hopefully the former.

Me to, Its been stuck on release by customs since the 15th. But somebody posted here that it takes like 3 days to move on to the next stage
