Indy was not an option. Another event was already booked for that date.

Seems it is not specifically related to the stadium, but there is a huge Volleyball tournament in town that weekend and all the hotel rooms are booked.

My question would be, and nobody laugh, what if the Colts were in the game and the higher seed?

Looks like McVay is staying with the Rams. I really thought he was walking away. Some of the later reports had him not really wanting to go through a rebuilding phase and the Rams are facing that in the near future. Plus they have cap issues heading into 2023

One that he has is, is he is still very much liked by LA. He had a bad year... Big name players were injured.

He wasn't second guessing because of the bad year - at least I don't think so. If you recall he had the the same conversations last year after he won the super bowl. He almost stepped aside.

He's been dealing with family issues that have put football in a different light. He lost his grandfather this past October, and his wife's family is from the Urkraine so that is weighing on the McVay family.

Jags/Bolts was crazy...

4 INTS in the 1st quarter!

Wow, what a collapse. I wonder if there will be any repercussions for such an event. Staley's seat was supposedly hot this season, and to jump up on the Jags so much, getting, what, four INTs and blowing a 27 point is excusable.

I'm really impressed by the Jags and Pederson had coached them up, they never gave up

That was a fun game to watch last night, the second half has very entertaining!
Lawrence looks like he has thing under control even after those ints,
he never lost his head, while and Bosa lost his an prob the game!
although one play never makes or breaks a game, but from a veto that helmet tossing was rookie play.

hopefully today games should be fun!

What happened?

I didn't see the game just the highlights and must have missed the Bosa incident...

I’m not expecting much for the Miami v Buffalo game since the Dolphins don’t have anything resembling an NFL quarterback right now. And their run game is probably limited with Raheem Mostert also out.

They were slumping with their starting QB, so yeah, I suspect that game is going be one sided and a snoozer.

They already stated last week he's not playing
Thanks, I was looking up info him now and the game today, an all I got was "Tua is starting"

in 2023

then a Miami sports site claimed he was not cleared yet
not that I live 90 miles from Miami, and very unclear what they are doing.

Buffalo should destroy the 'fins today.

Don't forget Mike Williams was injured playing in a meaningless Week 18 game. This is after Staley famously announced he wasn't going to play his starters in "meaningless" pre-season games.

I didn't see the game just the highlights and must have missed the Bosa incident...

Bosa took off his helmet and slammed it on the field after the Jags scored a TD to go close it to 30-26. That was a 15 yard penalty. But the Jags used it to for a half-the distance penalty and went for 2 and got it. So now they are down by 2 and not 3.

As easily as the Jags drove down the field on their last possession, they might have been able to score a TD and the point moo;), but the penalty certainly pumped the Jags up.

Great explaination!

Al Michael and Tony Dungy were great last nite, they did not try to sell the game and even singled out how the refs missed several important plays that cost both team points.

It didn't help getting Williams injured by playing him on a meaningless game.

Good 1st half. I like being wrong in this case.
