It may work out to be cheaper for the Broncos to just cut him loose, even with the salary caps and guaranteed payments they'd still have to make.He has trade value, but the Broncos will have to pick up a good portion of that salary.
I suspect Wilson could definitely help a number of teams, but at age 35 and after 3 very recent mediocre seasons, he's nobody's long term quarterback solution.
