I wondered how long it would take South Car to get into the top 25.
Strength of schedule seems to have really helped them...

The Ducks were almost on your upset list @pachyderm . We won, but what an ugly game full of penalties and bad plays. The D saved Lanning's butt on that fake field goal. Stop being cute and just making the f-ing score. I hated that game and Oregon better clean up their act before they play Washington again. Fortunately we have a bye to give us some time to PRACTICE!

Stanford beating anybody is an upset, let alone a #19 team. Doesn't feel like that long ago when they were crushing teams in bowl games and narrowly missing out on BCS berths, but... I guess it was. With all the conference re-alignments, it's extra difficult for me to care very much.

Not sure a 12 beating a 7 is really an upset, but FLA beating LSU was wonderful. As far as I am concerned, Brian Kelly will never rid himself of that Notre Dame stench.

Purely based on the numbers involved. I knew going UofG wasn't a true #12 and the Vols wouldn't walk away from between the hedges with a W...

Seem like the Committee is doing its best to have:

4 B1G
1 B12
1 ACC
ND
1 Go5

make the playoffs. And the last 4 are only there because it's in the rules. Waiting for the SEC and B1G to break out and add maybe a half dozen other teams and form their own league.

Sanders is lucky his career wasn't wrecked with that hit. Yikes. All I could see was his knee(s) being blown out and for him to now walk right again.

GO DUCKS!! I'm afraid we may lose our perfect record after we play Washington next weekend. Always worried (with good reason) about the Huskies. It's been an interesting season; I just don't have the faith in Dillon that I had in Bo Nix. At least we are playing at Autzen. I outta be able to hear the Oregon fans from here and I live seven hours away!;)

U of M - OSU... My favorite game of all time... OSU at home have got to be the fave this year. I just hope it's good game.

FENCE POST WEEKEND for me. The VOLS desperately need the win for any chance of a title* but I'd kinda like VANDY to get the upset... they are at home ...


* I know they haven't got a real chance no matter what happens. As things are now they have to play Georgia again between The Hedges...

UNRANKED Syracuse upset #6 Miami !! YAY!!
#15 South Carolina upset #12 Clemson!! So Clemson vs SMU in the ACC title game... lol. Makes sense.

Yes, Michigan tried to pull a Baker. :)

And Purdue fired their head coach after two years.

Kind of surprised Ryan Day hasn't been fired. To lose to 3 Harbaugh coached Michigan teams that were good is one thing, but to lose to an unranked middle of the pack Michigan team will get you fired. But they have the playoffs so maybe didn't want to make a change until after they are eliminated.

Edit: WVU has fired Neal Brown after going 37-35 in six seasons.

Both Michigan (Suck it again OhiO) and Bama (Suck it Auburn) won this weekend. It was a good weekend. Oh, I was glad to see the Ducks win also! Not a big fan or anything, but I like it when teams go undefeated! Always a hope to pull out the undefeated season!

Oh, and was sooooo happy to see the USC go down. Their fans "can" be the worst lol...
