I don't know. The whole thing seemed like a weird witch hunt. Meathead coach acts like a meathead. I never thought he should have left.I still like him as well and I've forgiven him. Not sure if I needed to forgive him, but I have.

One of the biggest issues I see with the steelers is that
They don't have a franchise QB, and haven't had one since Big Ben retired. They tried by drafting Kenny Pickett in 2022. Why didn't they try to find another QB when the writing was on the wall with Roethlisberger? I mean he over stayed his welcome by 2 or 3 years
They play good enough to make it into the playoffs (barely) more often then not, but bounce out fairly quickly. That kills your draft placement. They've never embraced the notion of a rebuild, they keep just trying to plug a whole, fill the gap with an ok-ish QB and they do ok during the regular season but don't have the talent or depth to bring them any further.
My bad this hoping against all is getting to me.I'm confused... Are you a RAIDERS fan or a ny giants fan?
The RAIDERS haven't won a SB since the '83 (season - played in'84) ...
For the sake of a good game hoping for an upset lolJets vs Pats tonight...
Patriots looked great ... as expected. Both on the field and in those "Storm Blue" uniforms.Sooo....
Jets vs Pats tonight... should be a blowout, right? Pats by a lot....?

It looked like someone took their normal blues and bleached them and all of the color faded.I didn't care for the unies.
This was one of those trap games that could have tripped up the patriots. Good that the Vrabel has them prepared, even though playing division rivals is usually grinding slog.Jets vs Pats tonight... should be a blowout, right? Pats by a lot....?

Its part of the Rivalries uniform design. The NFL doesn't make enough money, so they want fans to buy these shirts as well.It looked like someone took their normal blues and bleached them and all of the color faded.
The blue was suppose to resemble the ocean during a Nor'easter. I would have preferred a little more red accents to be introduced (on the uniform and perhaps the helmet face guard). Those blue and white uniforms could have been worn by any number of "blue" teams in the league so, with the exception of the six stars on the collar representing the six New England states and six super bowls, the uniforms were not reflective of the Patriots colors and history enough. It looked like someone took their normal blues and bleached them and all of the color faded.
Won't someone think of the billionaires!!!Its part of the Rivalries uniform design. The NFL doesn't make enough money, so they want fans to buy these shirts as well.
No. The Meadowlands Plummeters or Meadowlands Flameouts have been doing that to themselves for most of the season.so
the 'pats Just Ended The Season for the meadowlands soarers?
Going broke just like Paul McCartney... it's sad.Its part of the Rivalries uniform design. The NFL doesn't make enough money, so they want fans to buy these shirts as well.

As these Rivalries uniforms go, this uniform was one of the best -- kind of like how they are playing. IMHO
Indeed. I always thought it was a bonehead move by the Titans to fire him. He is a good coach, a good communicator, even back when he was the Texans' DC. Not gonna lie, I was happy the Titans fired him, because now a division rival sucks.😄This was one of those trap games that could have tripped up the patriots. Good that the Vrabel has them prepared,
Agreed, all of this talk about the dynasty returning and Drake Maye being the next Tom Brady is absolute foolishness. Lets just enjoy the fact that they're having a good year so far.I don't think the Patriots' roster is good enough to make the SB yet,

It was the same when the Texans fired Gary Kubiak. I always thought Coach Kub was a good enough. He just didn't have a good enough roster. I blamed the GM back then and felt vindicated when Kubiak won a SB with the Broncos. Look at the Titans' roster. Other than Cam Ward and Jeffery Simmons, no one on that team is a household name.
I don't think the Patriots' roster is good enough to make the SB yet, but I think they're good enough to get to the AFC championship game under Vrabel's leadership. They'll lose to the Bills or Chiefs.
On a side note, I don't think the Colts make it past the divisional round. Their retread QB runs out of magic at the end of the season, like the Vikings' retread did last year.
Funily enough this just came across my facebook page

I disagree. Kubiak was way too complacent. He would watch the same train wreck happen time after time with Schaub and not make changes. He wasn't going to take the Texans any further without multiple Acts of God. Kubiak won in Denver because he had Payton and after getting violated by the Seahawks previously, the Donkeys spent 2 years making necessary upgrades, didn't act entitled when they made it back and I think Manning woke up also. If they hadn't replaced Fox with Kubiak, I think Fox would have gotten them the Lombardi. It was the same when the Texans fired Gary Kubiak. I always thought Coach Kub was a good enough. The way the Jets played, I would have to agree lol. That would have sparked "game fixing" allegations from me...
