I like the idea of a private CTU. It would have all the classic characters, Tony and Michelle posters, classic merchandice and Buchanon. :D
It would suck in the sense there's no satellite access, or any other cool thing they can do.

Aaron has finally taken a hint from Jack and gone rogue. In the next episode he's gonna show up and get medieval on Henderson's a$$.

or maybe not...

Unfortunately, I think Aaron is dead. Too bad, I thought he was kinda cool.

Some of the camera angles they used last night were pretty creepy. Like when president palmer's aid comes in to question him about the military going to pick up Jack. The camera angle was kinda from behind a fireplace hearth, looking through items on the shelf. It made me feel like either I was hiding in the room watching, or maybe we were seeing it from the point of view of another character. And they did the same thing when the first lady was waiting for aaron.

Im sure they have used this before, but I noticed it more last night.

tony

i know this is a bit old but am i the only one that things that Tony dying was really underdone..... I didnt really know if he was dead or just hurt..... then he just stopped showing up. Did i miss something? Damn i love 24

They put a white sheet over him. I don't know tony has almost died more times than a cat ... it was probably his time as a character even though we all love him.

I was talking to my ma about the show and I realized that we have a few nice nice loose ends left ...
1. Tayo Stoller? the german intelligence dude, he has a vendetta for jack and the only verdict is vengeance.
2. The Chinese will come into play again
3. Mike Novick, Aaron Pierce, and Ms. Logan we can assume all know or will know about the conspiracy soon enough, and well we don't know anything about aaron.
4. Curtis hasn't been in a few episodes but I think jack's going to need somebody to help him kick ass ...
5. Chloe is now technically a fugitive and now works in the mini-ctu. do we have to figure out who's the mole in mini-ctu?
6. I don't think Homeland Security (despite there overwhleming ignorance) will completely ignore christopher henderson. He might get caught ...
7. At the end of the show palmer's body is supposed to get loaded onto the plane (nice work by the writers)

He'll put him on "Lost".

Yeah, Logan alluded to that earlier, but it may be a ploy. I think it's too late for any big part for the Chinese, except as a reason for Jack to disappear at the end.

Aaron is dead, I think. Although why his cell phone was left on the ground...?

Let's hope. Curtis is my new favorite.

I think what's-her-name in charge is figuring out something's wrong with Logan and will circumvent his authority.

Hopefully he'll be in good hands.

I went to see the sentinel tonight, caveat emptor 24 fans, I was unimpressed and to me a few of the subplots were phoned in.

Ok...but why are you comparing The Sentinel to 24? Kieffer Sutherland himself even said don't expect this to be like 24 or his character to be like Jack Bauer...

well ok, Kiefer can say whatever he wants ... but they are a very similar characters.

I don't want to give any spoilers, its just that the movie was very patterned and the plot was kind of non-existant.

of course I'm comparing them! If kiefer didn't want them to be compared he shouldn't have done a movie where he's a federal officer investigating someone.

Curtis is the man!

Good episode. Diplomatic flight? I sense Desmond is about to return to complicate things. Jack hijacks a plane! This can not end well.

omg I only missed 10 minutes!

Ok so I was late getting home tonight, I tune in and Audrey is saying something about avenging her father to Jack and then Henderson is yelling at Audrey about her father and the amount of air in the car. I miss 10 minutes and I feel like I missed half the episode. What exactly happened to Secretary Heller?

Oh and did they say where the flight was going to? Wouldn't it suck if it was headed to China? :p Season Six: Jack Bauer fights his way out of a Chinese labor camp.

This is shaping up to be one hell of a season finally, I can't wait for the final reveal when they tie everything together. Any thoughts on how this season will end.

Not to give anything away but his car plunges into the ocean...

Henderson said his men where tracking Heller in a helicoptor, and would kill him if Henderson didn't call them every 15 minutes. Jack calls Heller, a copter is indeed following him, and they have a laser on him. Heller tells Jack to get that recording, and tell Audrey that he loves her. then he drives off a good sized drop to he water.

Edit: Blast my slow typing!!
but that gives you a bit more info.

Aw I so have to buy this season when it comes out on DVD, I've missed so many pieces here and there over the course of this year. :(

Thanks for summerizing that for me. Can't believe I missed Heller's last moments (if they indeed were). :( ;)

Dramatic, well I assume he didn't fall asleep at the wheel and drive into it himself, so I'm alright with that. :p Anyways I so have to buy this season when it comes out on DVD, I've missed so many pieces here and there over the course of this year. :(
well he kinda did drive it into the water but he was awake.

It looks like Ms Homeland has come to her senses and is gonna help.

Wow, people are quick tonight. I edited that post like 5 seconds after I posted it, and it was still quoted. :D

And yeah, it looks like she will start to work behind the back of the other main homeland agent now. Should be interesting.

LOL
I don't get what is going on with her though, she is the one in charge, so why not call off the tag team?

Because if she tips her hand the other weasely guy will find out and have her arrested and will take over.

Ha ha ha!:p Didn't James Bond already do that in the last 007 flick?
Heller had a laser sighted assult weapon pointed at him from a chopper. Henderson was using him as a bargaining chip, but the old man wasn't having it and drove his car off a cliff so Jack wouldn't let Henderson go. R.I.P. Sec. of Defense Heller.
Jack's reaction of "What happened to you!?!" just drives home the fact that this is the man who brough Jack into CTU. He started it all.
Wonder if any of these shadow conspiacy guys that always show up at the very end of the season will ever be caught.

Wow a lot of people want to see Audrey dead.

The next poll should say if Audrey is killed should she get a silent clock.

Who thinks that this years plot will roll over into next season with nothing really resolved, and how much of a role will these guys in charge play in next seasons plot, I don't see how they can out due themselves next season unless they have something big planed for the season finally.

Jack guest stars on Prison break

I know it was just suggested as a joke, but a season that starts with Jack in prison would be interesting and this would be the best season for that to happen. I would personally would like to see Jack become a mercinary outside of the United States and be pulled back to the states because of a sense of duty to his country.
I really hope if the movies turn into a big franchise they do something from Jack's Delta Force days, but they would have to do it before Keifer got old.

what hour did this one start? I think it was like 9 right/how many more episodes are left?

I don't think the secretary of state/audreys father is dead either...for some reason... its just a feeling...

I think it started at 7 am.
Tonight's episode was 1 am - 2 am.
So I guess that means only 5 more episodes this season.

Man, I did not know that Jack can become invisible at the flip of his hood, allowing him to walk past military guards and an entire airplane ground crew completely unnoticed. He even carried 2 suitcases so it would be a challenge for him.

Belongs on one of those Jack Bauer is a bada$$ lists.

Don't get me wrong, love the show but ... sometimes.....
