Emotional Rollercoaster. A hold showed up on my debit card when first ordered 3:25pm EST 11/30. after a few days it disappeared for the next week and 1/2.

Sunday I was excited to see the hold back on the card ! But this morning I was sad to see it expired, and I had my money back... well just now it's back !! They have charged me again, really hoping it sticks. - still in processing purgatory.

I tried calling Apple to check on the status of my order, and I couldn't even get through to them. I was on hold for 20 minutes just trying to get a hold of a person to talk to, and finally hung up. It's beyond irritating and unacceptable to have to wait that long to even talk to the sales department about your order.

I had that issue as well. Try chatting with someone through the sales support chat.

Go to Apple's online store, place anything in the shopping cart, go to checkout and there's a chat button in the upper right. The chat only had around a 5 minute queue.
