Dang it!!!...

I promised myself that I wouldn't go all neurotic after ordering my iMac and start checking this forum to keep up with delivery dates (like I did with my iPhone and iPad). Alas, after getting my shipment notice, I headed right over here! :D I do admit though...it's kinda fun waiting with you all.

Anyway...I'm on the UPS Train with an expected 12/17 delivery. Hoping for a miracle delivery of 12/14

Here's my data point:
BTO: 27" / i7 / 8GB RAM / 1 TB Fusion / 680MX-2GB RAM

Originally Ordered 12:30am PST - Nov 30 (Originally scheduled for 12/24-31 delivery)
Destination: Glendale (Los Angeles), CA

Ordered 1hr into launch
Maxed out 27 minus software options

Just gone preparing for shipping
Est date is 20th to 24th
Seems earlier could be possible.

Happy days

Yeah but machines with the same exact built has been shipped to other costumes and not some. Some even got their order later and still got shipped first. How could you explain that

I agree - I don't think it's based on build at all. I've seen someone else with the exact same build as me whose order has already shipped, and he ordered several hours after me. I don't think it has anything to do with build or location. My coworker asked if they were doing it in alphabetical order, but I don't think that's it either - although I am near the end of the alphabet. :)

This thread... drug.... addiction...

Well, we need to have something to do besides just hitting refresh 84 times per hour.

ANOTHER person with the same exact machine and original delivery time that's already on its way, while mine STILL says processing... :(

(I had a 12:05 AM PST 11/30 confirmation email from apple for mine)

It is happening to a lot of people. Like I said however many pages before, whats the point of staying up late and being one of the very first people to order if they don't fulfill them in rank. Really stupid

maybe we should all post the first letter of our last names with our ship time and see :)

I'm H and it's still processing, and I had a "first 5 minutes" order

12:05am? Hah! My 12:03am order confirmation laughs at you. Ordering at 12:05am? You should be lucky to see it before the 2014 iMac comes out!

I think you've already disproved her theory. ;)

Oh, and I thought my order was at 12:15 am, but I see that my confirmation was at 12:07 am. Not that those 8 minutes make any difference.

What I don't understand... why release it at 12:00AM? That's the part that mislead us all. If 12/1 people start shipping before me I'll be pissed.

His hasn't... he's screwing with you lol

Yeah, at least so far those that have shipped are first day orders, even if they were 8 hours after mine. I'll be alright unless it gets here after my estimated delivery date. I wasn't planning on it coming until then, it would just be nice to get it early. I'm not complaining though, because Apple took care of me either way.

12:02 confirmation. That's only because I triple checked my order, and used two credit cards. Had to max out my rewards card :)

Nope not shipped. 12:03am isn't in the same league as some people at 12:01am or even 11:57pm the night before as some people managed. I'll be lucky to see mine by July.

Oh, I was ordering by 11:55pm Pacific. My confirmation is stamped 12:02am
