No i was 12 hours late, 30. November. I ordered 7:00 PM Mid europe time.
I ordered when it was 3-4 weeks! :O It was 2-3 weeks earlier on the day!
Originally my order was Dec-31-Jan 7 but I called and they moved it to Dec 28-Jan4 via next day shipping by noon. Hoping it possibly will ship sooner than that.

Wow. If I understood that correctly, you placed a fresh order for the iMac yesterday and it changed to "preparing for shipment" today? Can you confirm that for us please? If its preparing for shipment, then i think yours should get shipped sometime early next week.

What day / time did you order? What was your estimated delivery? Are you in the U.S.?
Maybe we should have a 'January' delivery thread so all of the folks with the vague ship date of January can discuss and update as the status of orders start changing.
I ordered my BTO 27" at 7.30pm British time on 1st December. Got a 31-7th delivery date, my order is still on processing
Would be really nice to get it as early as possible in January, doing a bit of travelling for work that month so would like to get it set up before all that.

Nope, still shows processing, but that's normal...I wouldn't be surprised if mine slips a little, my Apple representative hinted that BTO's might "Take a little longer" Hopefully first week in january, but it might be the week after that.
There is no evidence of that whatsoever based on the reports in various delivery threads.

Yes I placed the order on 12th and it is scheduled for delivery on 19th. Again, that is the base 27" model - I read it is available in Apple Stores and Best Buys in the US. I posted a status picture in the other thread.
That's just what she told me....It's just a waiting game...Never really bothers me that much..I only sit up and take notice when I get the "Shipped" email.
My iMac just shipped!

I really don´t understand why I have such a silly delivery date. You live in denmark, I live in Norway. My was shipped on thursday and still it says 4th of january as delivery day (on the tracking page). Doesn´t make sense that it should use 2 WEEKS MORE from Denmark to Norway?????
It actually says 19. dec now. Your date will change soon i think!

A weird thing just happened on my BTO top of range 27" iMac order. It slipped from 2-8th January to non-specific JANUARY. Anyone else have that? WTF? Trying very hard to remain rational and keep entitled me at bay...
