27" iMac Orders in the Dec 31 - Jan 7 Range

I get the same error with the tracking system(german one)...
Ordered on 30th but paid via wire transfer.
Got 3rd-9th as estimated delivery.

Try calling the Apple Store's phone number to track your order. I still get the error on the US online store as well.

I think 'll just wait. Last time a called the german support, the phone-guy seemed to be a bit nerved and wasn't really helpful.
Maybe it works again in an hour or so. And maybe with a happy surprise regarding my order status. Hope dies last.

The US online store is back up again. Try checking the German Apple Store online.
 
Ordered on first day afternoon got a 12/31 - 1/7 estimate. It was just shipped today via regular shipping.
 
Just checking again in this thread too... Has anyone else's status changed yet for those who placed an order on or after December 1st and are located in the US?
 
I'm happy that people who ordered after 11/30 are seeing their machines shipped, but what gives? Why are first day orders still processing?

Help me understand LOL! My 2007 iMac is on it's last leg and begging to be retired.
 
Ordered December 4th, shipping somewhere between 3rd and 9th January :/

Nope. Same. I keep checking the credit card.

Honestly, the other delivery thread I would laugh at people tracking flights, stalking UPS trucks and taking days off....



And here I am, F5'ing my order status like it's crank.
 
I just got off the phone with a very nice Apple rep who stated that orders are processed over the weekend. Also, for 27" iMac BTO orders in the Dec 31 - Jan 7 range, the rep also stated that he expects our orders to go into the preparing to ship stage anytime between today and at the latest Dec 24, and then it will either ship out on Mon, Dec 24, Wed, Dec 26, or Thurs, Dec 27 at the latest.

Super excited as my 30th November UK order has finally switched to "Preparing for Shipment" just after midnight GMT

I hope so for you Petraidm ... Right now it is Wednesday morning in China so hopefully they will be on a plane today ??

Ordered on Nov. 30th as well, still "Processing":confused:
 
Its interesting how some people ordered theirs after me and are receiving the prepare for shipment line.. I ordered mine at noon on the 30th. Im based in Canada and I maxed everything out BTO.

Arg im getting impatient and today is my birthday was hoping for a miracle !! lol

ohh well guess I'll just go have a crown and coke !! yummy

Well I just wrote this and then went and checked, Guess what I have found, I Birthday surprise Preparing for Shipment !!!! WHOOOOO
