27" iMac Orders in the Dec 31 - Jan 7 Range

I almost can't believe it, but mine is PREPARING FOR SHIPMENT! Saw it when I woke up. Yesyesyesss!!!
Ordered nov. 30, delivery date 2-7 jan.
There's hope for us 30-ers..!
So yesterday night it says it is in shanghai and this morning it says it is in a town 45 minutes away :0
They said it delivers the 27th but I may get it on the 24th!

Your preparing for shipment and shipped times are similar to mine, except I'm about 2 hours delayed after yours. Hoping my delivery date changes from 4th of Jan to 27th, like yours

I'm in the Netherlands! My iMac is now at Pudong airport. Hopefully it will fly soon, whoeeeeeeeeeeei.

Apple sets the date to 4th jan. But when you track ur order it might give any date sooner that then. If so, apple will also update the date

How are you tracking it? From Apples website? Is UPS delivering yours? Mine doesn't say anything regarding its current location!
FINALLY! My iMac shipped! I had ordered on the 30th and was stuck in processing hell. On the 21st, my Apple order finally said, "preparing for shipment." Today, I received an e-mail saying it shipped! UPS tracking states it should be delivered on or before noon on December 24th.
If that happens, it will be one of the most awesome Christmases ever! I'm so excited.

Still processing, ordered on Dec 1...
I just got off the phone with an Apple manager after being on the phone for one hour. He didn't believe what I was telling him that orders aren't being processed in the order that they're received. I placed my order Dec 1 and told him orders after mine were being prepared for shipment/already shipped while myself and others still have orders in the processing stage. He asked me for actual order numbers to prove it. I told him to come here on the MR forum and look in this iMac forum to see proof that people are pissed and that what I am saying is true. I actually got him to look at this forum and he will pass the feedback along to Apple. He was an ****** - he also said he's not going to offer me anything free at all just because other orders are shipping out before both myself and others in the same situation. Apple has horrible principles and the whole order situation is a complete f-up.

i7 with 3TB drive (not fusion) and just 675X graphics. Ordered on Nov 30th (but late in the evening)
