I also think some of these 38 stainless models were earmarked for the modern buckle. But as those aren't ready to ship yet they probably just sent them out with the bands they have available. Classic buckle and black sport. The ship times on those were 1-2 weeks although now they say 3-4 weeks. Maybe because the mb are nearing shipment and they will start diverting some that way.
 
I have a feeling that if we don't see any more charges tonight that we may have missed the boat on these.

The same exact words were typed in the SS classic buckle thread and they still shipped early. You may not see it Tuesday, but there's still a chance it will ship this week.

Soon I will finally have one and can stop complaining about shipping and start complaining about the watch
 
I jumped on the boat for one of these at 7:09PM Central last night. I haven't seen an update in status but I just had a notice come through passbook for a charge from the Apple online store.

After getting tired of waiting for my 42mm blue sport I figured I would give this a try. I ordered a 38mm SS BSB about 3 p.m. CST Saturday and just got charged/shipping notice!
 
Ordered Saturday just before midnight EST. Woke up to a notification from my credit card-charged.

Preparing for shipment.

UPDATE: Status changed to shipped at 1:45 EST. Delivery scheduled for the 12th.

Super quick shipping!

Showing scheduled delivery for Tuesday....but holding out hope that, since I'm in NJ, it may show up today.

I ordered yesterday, Sunday, around 11am PDT and card was immediately charged. Status changed to PFS sometime in the night, and now it's shipped as of about 10am. I'll have it tomorrow in the SF Bay Area. That's 2 days. Nice! I'll wear it until my 42mm SS BSB ships, then give it to my wife.
