38 ss bsb

It seems to me that they have already shipped to some distribution centers or warehouses in U.S. While my 38mm SS BSB originated from PA, my Sport with blue band was shipped from Southern California. Both of them are scheduled to be delivered tomorrow!
 
Is your sport 42mm?

My watch is in the truck out for delivery. Would be awesome if it delivers by lunch time.

Delivered this morning, set up was easy, and it looks great to me!

I will say that like others have noted, the 38mm looks bigger in pictures than it does on the wrist. I don't know why exactly. It doesn't look small but rather more like a "normal" watch, as opposed to the larger, more modern smart watch style. Let's say I don't believe a 42mm would look too big on my wrist (155mm).

Still waiting for mine to get delivered today. I thought mine would come earlier like yours did. Convinced its sitting in the corner of the UPS truck, neglected..............
 
From the time I touchID'ed the order, to the watch on my wrist: less than 48 hours! Thanks, everyone!

It says it will ship in 3-4 weeks, which is odd. I'm guessing it should be ready to ship soon if the entire amount was charged.

After reading this thread I put in an order for the 38mm BSB. 4 PM CST yesterday.

It'll be here tomorrow. Shipped around 10:30 AM CST today.

The Space gray sport I ordered? Cancelled, shipped 5/21 - 6/4
 
Got mine today at 3:00. Didn't get home from work until about 6:30 to try it on. Decided it's too small and my wife can't justify such an expensive gadget. So I either have to sell it or return it.

I put up an ad on CL to see what happens.

Same thing for me. Mine is already at Fed Ex on its way back.

That is a shame your wife doesn't want it. I sometimes think it's a more revolutionary product for a lot of women than it is for men. The overall enthusiasm I'm seeing from other women on this forum is a welcome surprise. But if you think about it, it makes sense.

Speaking in very general terms of course, it's usually us ladies who have to keep our iPhones in purses or satchels where they are often hard to retrieve. Or we have to dig for our wallets. The Watch's capability to handle Apple pay can be helpful in cutting down the fumble for the wallet at places that accept Apple Pay. And with the watch, it's harder to miss important calls from spouse or school or work even if the phone is buried in the purse or stowed in the desk drawer. Without adequate pockets in most of our clothes, and with iPhones now larger than ever before, it is a bigger challenge to keep the iPhone handy enough to quickly check every notification or catch every call. At least for many women. Your wife may be living an entirely different paradigm and indeed would have no need of this device.
 
Mine came and I am very happy with it. 38 is the perfect size for me. Display is not small for my use and the stainless steel looks much better than the aluminum options. Will see if I'm still happy with what it does in two weeks.
 
For the people that are tired of waiting for their preferred model, just wait for it. Trust me. I've had my sport for a few weeks and while I really enjoy using it, in retrospect the hype really got to me and I can't really understand why I was so impatient about it. It's a fine piece of tech but I will not be having the same feelings for gen 2 even if I preorder it. It can wait.
 
Ugh... I ordered 38 ss black sports band yesterday... Got an email at 4am saying I needed to fix payment info. I fixed it, I've been charged, but still processing. 🙁 hope that didn't delay it...
 
phew i ordered mine on the german store with a 1-2 week delivery on sunday (shipped today) now i have checked the store again and its back to 3-4 weeks. looks like i got lucky 😀😎

same at the US store?
