Am I the only person who thinks that reflection looks like someones messy bed. With a bookshelf off to the bottom right corner.
Fake. It says 8GB on the back and, I can almost bet, any 3G release will coincide with a 16GB/32GB 3G model, not an 8GB 3G model.
That's just idiotic. Kermit is clearly dressed like Napoleon (edit. in the phone that is)
I don't think it's real, but the best evidence it might be is this: everyone said Apple would NEVER make something as AWFUL as the current iPod Nano 
(Plastic casing would be a step back, but the price might take a step back too.)

I attached a colored picture. It looks like a more satanic Kirmit but it does look like kirmit.

For the people saying that this couldn't be a seed from Apple, don't you remember that apple created prototypes of the current generation iPhone that it used to show Cingular? Even Cingular didn't TRULY know the real iPhone until a few weeks before the launch.
The lens isn't necessarily flush with the housing - the camera itself isn't necessarily aligned with the exposed port.
Does it have to be an iphone?
What about the possibility that this isn't an apple product at all? What if this is someone who took another phone of similar shape/size to the iphone and created a custom "iphone-esque" cover for it.
Alternatively, could this be a simple iphone knockoff?

The side is the rocker button for volume. The current iPhone has it too.
The bottom, I don't know. Looks like a connector on either side of the dock port.
I'm not going to blow this thing off so readily. I learned my lesson from the iPod Nano. And hell, if the casing is using that radio-transparent ceramic material which the Apple patents pointed to, it would be unbelievably sexy.
the roundness of the sides seems different too. hence the camera pointing outward.
I think since it's an 8GB there is a possibility that this is the rumored low end phone they were planning. It would make sense that it would be all plastic similar to the macbooks, etc.
