Probably about 80-90 bucks. I know it's a broad range, but since plans won't be "exotic", they won't deviate from the current norm (39.99 for 450 anytime and 5k night/weekend, 29.99 smartphone max: unlim data 1500 sms = ~70.00 without taxes and fees, usually 15 bucks).
It just depends on whether they classify it as a PDA or not, and since it's offering POP, full email, visual voicemail (which is most likely adds to the price) and other stuff, it's gonna be significant.

Can't really say what would be true regarding some surprise data plans especially when vice pres of ATT says the plans wont be exotic. But that could be apple-like talk sometime denying something and coming out with features just a months later. It would be nice if they put an acceptable plan especially after paying a hefty sum on iPhone. I am sure they do know about consumer opinion by now that many potential customers will be turned off considering the price. And looking at the way they have addressed some of the issues with iPhone (third party support, other features, etc) when blogs were filled with rant, its possible that they will think twice about putting up a hefty price plan.
Having said that, how about a plan where they give first year of data plan free. now that will for sure lure many customers. Its just consumer psychology which many businesses exploit (6 months reduced rate on internet plans for example). With carriers usually subsidizing the phones by 200 bucks on such high end models, in iPhone's case that can be used for one year free. (ok thats less than $20/month plan but that may be a surprise).
Just dreaming!
