I have a May 13-27 delivery ESTIMATE.

If my watch arrives sooner, I'll be happy. If it arrives. ON TIME according to the ESTIMATE, I'll be happy.

By the estimate I will be able to read on some of the bugs that pop up and get more ideas on how to use the watch while I wait.

I have the same estimate, but if it arrives a week early I wont be happy...I will be on holiday :(

as long as mine comes no later then may 7th i will be happy. the 8th is the start of my vacation for a week.

i guess i'm the only one annoyed that they are offering developers expedited shipping? granted it on the blue strap.... but funny how they have watches to send out now after they were supposedly all sold out?

You're assuming they didn't have a bunch of them set aside for this all along. Seeing as you don't have a choice as to which watch you get, it's a safe assumption that they aren't delaying orders all the sudden just because of devs.

Without amazing dev support, the watch would flop. It's necessary.

Don't want to alarm anyone, but I'm in the 4-6 weeks bracket and my card has been charged for the watch today. I haven't ordered any other items, so can only be for the watch

LOSING MY ***** NOW!

Calm again - my order is still at processing though.

I ordered approx 08:12 in the UK (delayed due to having to use a gift voucher)

EDIT - never mind, there's a whole other huge thread about this

The watches they allotted for public sale were sold out.

Which other thread are you referring to??

i still think the dates should be updated to reflect this if they are going to ship ours out now instead of may 13 - 27th.

This won't be a popular sentiment for many here.

If I were Apple, I would probably ramp up more production on the SS models versus the Sport to get those delivered before estimated ship dates for the pure fact that they spent a bit more money on the thing.

I'm just gonna be patient and wait for my 42 Sport Gray.

But they're not - or, if they are, it will be for some, not for all in this date range. They're probably going through all orders as quickly as possible. Who knows, it could show that date range on Thursday morning, and then Thursday afternoon you get charged, switch to shipping and give you a date of 4/24.

Doubtful, but possible.

Either way, I think they'd rather keep the expectation that the delivery is later and then ship earlier if possible (underpromise, over deliver).
