Wonder if the mobile/app version of the store came up slightly later than the web version. I literally was refreshing the **** out of my iPhone and iPad LOL

On the pre-order day I set up my Mac Mini, iPad Air, and iPhone 6 Plus all ready to add my favorite to the cart and checkout. I had everything figured out, and then I fell asleep at 11:52 and woke up at 12:10! I was pissed! So I checked all of the colors in the watch of my choice which is a 42mm silver. My preferred band (white) already had slipped from 4/24 but a few other colors were still showing 4/24. As I added it to my cart and started to checkout they all too slipped from 4/24. So I went back to my preferred combo of 42mm silver sport with white band and checked out fully realizing I'd be waiting in the 4-6 week delivery time frame.
Fast forward to today and I'm now preparing for shipment and my Amex has been charged. Maybe I'll get it on 4/24 after all!

Not really heard it doesn't go by time mine is preparing shipment and I ordered at 3:42am EST
Basically same boat as you, except 42mm. Let's keep our fingers crossed...I'm kinda hoping for a next week shipment.
It's no use - watch this video .. Angela Ahrendts has categorically uprised all the store employees that there would be no watch to sell on launch day. Not at least until June when supplies ease. So save fuel and horror .. let's be patient.

Hmm. With my iPhone, I was tracking from China. So iPhones on flights already had shipping labels and went thru 'shipped'. Do you know those aren't already with shipment labels or are you just hoping.
As long as it's before the 12th, I'll gladly take it!

I don't get my watch until the second batch, but I still follow these threads because of the excitement.
I also love the ingenuity of people here who are tracking flights and all the other things going on.
It reminds me so much of doing the Santa Tracking App with my kids years ago.

I was refreshing my browser and opening/closing my Apple Store app on my iPad, and was able to order on the Apple Store app at exactly 3:01 Eastern Time. The website went up a few minutes later.
Lesson: use the Apple Store app for future preorders.

Didn't you get the hint from the last few people who replied to your comments that your sarcastic questions aren't welcome here?
the amount of premium stores having watches is nothing compared to all the Apple Stores carrying watches.
I haven't seen anything about 38mm SS link bracelets being charged or prepared for shipment. That's my model.
