$40 PS3 at Amazon!

Thanks for the heads up. I just ordered one. No chance it ships, but if it does, it'll make me a quick 200 bucks or so and I'll be able to buy a nicer tv.
 
I'm guessing this is a typo for $399.99 to get rid of old stock. Of course it's out of stock. I doubt they'll honor the price once they figure it out as it's obviously too low.
 
I ordered one as well. Although I already have one. If it actually does ship, I will just sell it to a friend for a good price. Maybe $150.
 
So shipping is $15.69, was this the same for everyone? It says out of stock but I still ordered. I assume if they decide not to honor the price they'll let me cancel? I wanted an xbox but this is too good to pass up if its honored.

yep that was my shipping too. they don't charge the card until it ships I believe correct?
 
They can charge my card, I don't buy things on the hopes that they don't charge until they ship. But if they charge me the price it should be then thats not ok. But yes, usually a card is charged when it ships.

no I do want it at that price but I don't want to be waiting for something that will never ship if I'm already charged

You end up just getting a game controller....I was in the middle of ordering it at Targets sight. Then I looked at the final item description before I hit submit...it says PS3 Move Game controller. Then I went back to the description on the original Target ad and it you read the item description it is only for a controller not the whole system. They used the wrong picture at the top of the ad .....READ THE FULL DESCRIPTION .

Amazon original price is like $500, description is 60gb ps3. I ss the whole page...im getting a ps3

You are correct! However, on Amazon's page, every bit of info is for the full Playstation 3 system. And on Target's page, all of the reviews are from 2007 and review the PS3.
