I think the fact that this thing went viral so fast killed it for you guys.. I'm sure if it was a few people the company may honored it or given out gift cards or something, not because they have to but they may have chosen to in order to avoid bad publicity..... But as it were they got bombarded with orders and the loss would have been to big so they excercised their right to cancel the order.

No I called them on an unrelated matter and the guy was super chatty-cool. While waiting for him to do something I brought up the PS3 thing. He laughed and asked if I ordered and then kicked me down with a $20 credit. He said it would show on my account. I've never had a credit like that so I can't tell you where it shows up or if he can really do it.

Simple, add something to your cart and checkout. You should see the amount applied before submitting the order. You can also go to the Video On Demand page and hit 'view balance'.
