How come none of the guys who are complaining about waiting for their watch and suggesting that Apple should have launched in July don't just cancel their order and wait for stock to show up in stores? Life's too short to get this worked up over something you don't need even if you want it.

Easy to say it when you are waiting but hundreds of thousands of happy people already have their watches and I can tell you being on the other side I am glad I have it and don't have to wait until July.

Give yourself a few days off of checking every 10 minutes (and I do know how hard that is) and relax. You will get an email when your watch ahips and then you can get excited again.

you are saying this because you got yours i am also not favor in launching in july

but they should have done their research solid....

I know that so far we have only seen the :apple:Watch be delivered by UPS, but the other day I called apple to see what my exact time was and I did not want to just ask that question. In asking other random questions I was told by the representative that if mine was delivered by FedEx that it may come on Saturday. All of the other apple purchase that I have made online and had delivered have come by FedEx and not UPS. I am south of Houston Near Galveston. Maybe it is a Regional thing. Also I am xx:14:53 and am still Processing.

If it hasn't been charged by now it aint coming Saturday. Charge would have had to have been made by 2pm so it shipped out by 3:30 for overnight!!!!!

Cause we already have 5 weeks of our life vested in the watches we ordered. Plus we would fester way more not being on the forums! At least I know i would HAHA!

Yes I agree and am not anticipating receiving this anytime before next week. I just thought I would throw it out there that an Apple rep had mentioned the possibility of it being sent FedEx and arriving on Saturday.

Day 3: No charges. Well 3 but that means nothing. I'll never preorder another Apple product, it's driving me insane that they haven't sent ANY space grays in three days after a massive wave that missed me by 60 seconds.

I have made a decision about other Apple products based on the craziness involved in this. I have plans to update my, the wifes and the kids MacBooks to the new version but refuse to order until the item as listed in stock thats up to 9 MacBooks (yes I have 7 children, I had a lot of "broken tv's" when I was younger)

Not sure I follow the argument of "if you are tired of waiting, cancel and wait some more"...

But I think I know where you are going with that. I think perhaps what you are overlooking in that sentiment is the thrill of ordering, and receiving expeditiously. So yes, if they would have been able to build up a larger stock and fulfilled orders faster by delaying pre-orders and launch a few weeks, the initial excitement would not have lapsed between order and receive time.

Easy to condemn someone else's point of view when you are on the other side and have your watch.... I am glad you have it, and that you enjoy it. Hopefully the rest of us can enjoy it soon as well!

Ok, now that I have smacked a broom handle over your shoulder, I will offer a pat on the back to your other point of "Life's too short to get this worked up over something you don't need even if you want it.".... Amen brutha. Though many may argue this point, I think we all would be hard pressed to say this watch was a "need". We all just want that pretty new gadget with the Apple stamp on it. And we want it NOW! Lol.

Need another kid? I'm little old but could use a new MacBook. #

Hopefully we will see a big wave tonight and tomorrow. I ordered mine 00:24:00 so I am still far out but I have a time window of May 29-June 11 so if they want to stay in that specific window they will need a couple of big waves to keep up to get everyone in the 13-27 their watch! Hopes this is what happens!

We are still within the originally quoted shipping and delivery window. If yours does not ship by next Friday and you do not get it by the 27th, then you have the right to complain. From the very beginning, no one in this group should have expected anything sooner than the 27th. The mistake Apple made was saying some orders may ship out earlier than expected.

Last Saturday was a big day according to our trusty Google Doc. Hopefully, tomorrow will be the same :D

FYI

5 planes scheduled to land in Louisville tonight. Contact at UPS says at least 3 of them have a high quantity of apple products "he can tell based on serial numbers on the manifest" so expect a big wave tonight.

Hey, what happened to our big wave from last night?

Hey, what happened to our big wave from last night?

His contact hasn't been all that good... not to mention to other guy with the contact stating 15 by today.

I think its pretty clear no one (at least here) has any clue and its all just a guessing game.

Every now and again someone thinks it's a good idea to come into this forum and remind everyone that they should consider themselves lucky if they get their watch by the 27th, and that we have no right to complain.

I do not share that opinion. I stayed up until 3AM on April 10 2015 hitting refresh to order a watch for delivery on April 24th. When the expected delivery window indicating shipping May 13-27th appeared I was horrified. It didn't make me want the watch any less.

I still think the delay in getting this product is F$&?$&$? B$?!&?&!

Charged Today

Hi,

I just got a charge from Apple for I think my Black Leather Loop band. I still show it processing with 5/26 - 6/01 delivery window. Will see if I get an updated status tonight.

By all mean i am with you! Never thought the pre order can be as late as long wait like this...

Figured I would look at FlightAware and I see one plane about to lan in Anchorage from Incheon. Then there are 4 flights from Anchorage to Louisville after that that will arrive in Louisville in the AM east coast time. Hope we see something from these flights. But after the last two days of movement, my hopes are somewhat deflated.

XX:13:53

Just trying to find some avenue of hope for some movement here
