6+ love it. Its not any bigger then any other phone I see people using. Example my sister has a Galaxy S5 with a case on it, it actually looks bigger than my 6+. The Galaxy is still a little smaller though. My sister said to me "that phone is huge" and I said "its the same size as your phone". THAT was the last time she said anything about it. I have seen both the 6 and the 6+ in the wild its about 50/50. My mom has a 6 and for her its great. The wife has a 5C and she loves it, so everyone is a little different. I do think that if they made a pink 6 she (the wife) would want it.

6+, its just the right size after you get used to it. You see a lot more than you think you would and it has like split screen in messages which is really cool (if not useful as well!). Also, OIS is awesome :D

It's really difficult to advise you on which phone to get. Ultimately only you know which phone is right for you.

I got the 6 plus for the following reasons:

The 6 is too small. I've used 5.0'' + android devices (note 1, note 3, S4, S5) for nearly three years so the 6 was always going to be too small.

1080p resolution on the plus. I wasn't going to use a 720p display when I'd been using 1080p on android phones for well over a year and knowing that there are 2K displays on phones.

Better battery life on paper. In real life the battery on the 6 plus is a beast, much better than I even imagined it would be.

The plus has OIS.

Plus another 'plus for the 'Plus' is that once you reach middle age near vision becomes problematic in most of us.

Thus, a larger screen with a larger view and larger print become very very valuable 'pluses'.

My eyes feel just as strained using the 6+ as they did when using the iPhone 5. The text is still essentially the same size, if not smaller. You just have more of it on the screen at any one time.

I have to agree with hindmost. As an aging user with several eye surgeries behind me, it's easier to read on the 6 Plus than on my 5s. The text is a bit larger, and that can be enough to make for a more comfortable experience.

Sorry I meant the size visually doesn't appear that much bigger than any other current device. Forgot where I was posting my comment. Get out your micrometers guys. Give me a break.
Get your eyes checked?

I recently bought the 6 plus without testing the 4.7 version. While I love it, i've had extensor muscle fatigue with it using it with one hand. I still have my 5s on wifi so I keep going back to it for things such as net browsing/exercise/fb etc.

Dont get me wrong, if I had a choice between the two I would go for the 6 plus but the smaller sizes are easier to live with on a day to day basis. I havent even take my 6+ outside the house till my case arrives.

After many inner debates and reading and watching reviews in both phones as well as checking out Android products for the past two months, I finally got the new 6 Plus. It was hard to choose; I actually couldn't tell iPhone 6 from iPhone 6 Plus in the wild - I kept thinking, "That phone is huge! is that a regular 6 or the 6 plus? I can't tell..." Whenever I saw a regular 6 (probably because I was so used to 4 inch screens) but whenever I spotted a plus I would immediately realize that is a 6 plus.

Holding iPhone 6 felt very comfortable and it did look pretty big to my eyes that were so used to 4 inch screens. But I couldn't stay away from the Plus. I always wanted a big phone like Android phones but with iOS - it was dream come true when I saw the Plus release.

I gotta say, the battery life is phenomenal. Viewing stuff on this screen is just beautiful, I don't have to strain my eyes to read small prints anymore. I picked this up not too long ago so I'm not completely used to the big footprint of the phone but I'm slowly getting comfortable.

Both phones have their pros and cons. I just preferred the bigger one more than the other.

I've gone from a 6 plus to a 6, then back to the 6 plus. The big screen, 1080p, and OIS are all nice selling points, but the real advantage for me personally is the battery life. In that regard, The 6 didn't appear to be all that much better than the 5s in my personal experience.

The Plus however is a much different story.

Why because of what you think and you are? I could careless. This is a forum the thread is mostly opinion and that's mine. Don't like or think its wrong? So what.

Take it easy. :) It is only a forum after all.
