Ok, so I've got he Godosmith Ice Max 3D installed on my iPhone 6 (NOT 6(S)). and I have to say that I thought I did a great job in regards to alignment and dust. I am, however, less than satisfied with the result:

I understand that small bubbles will disappate, but these looks like an adhesive issue to me. *SIGH*

Odd question.. When did you get the 6 or get it replaced? I bought 2 6's a few months ago for my kids and have the same issue as my 6S. The 2 6's that I bought last year on launch day didn't have an issue with the sides sticking.

This 6 was bought in October of 2014. The screen was replaced last month at an Apple Store though.

I've now posted the video above. Like I said apologies for the quality but not the southern accent.

You ain't getting that bubble out. Honestly that's why I gave up on screen protectors. I've spent more money on them and ended up just taken them off and throwing them away. I might as well just throw my money directly in the trash can. With the money I'm spending I could just pay for a screen replacement and thats what I'm going to do now. I know some have had great success but I haven't.

had a Spartan brand for both my phones purchased from the XtremeGuard website for 90% off. it was a good shield with no problems at all.

but I've had this sitting around since before the phone was released. got too excited and applied it before giving the Spartan shield a good run. they have it black, too. so, if you wanted to have a different coloured face for a while, you could do that. but I think t would only look okay if you had a case that covered the very edges of the face. but anyway, this Spigen glass has the best feeling surface of any tempered glass I've felt. it's so smooth for the finger to glide across. it resists even fine scratches from pocket lint. and because of the solid coloured edges, you'd never know if there was a halo.

when applying it, it's like it self-applies on its own. because I was so anal about how perfect I wanted alignment to be, I kept re-applying so many times. (make sure the source light is from above the face of the phone, not from the sides.) so there was this gap with air on the corners where by the next morning, they all went away.

Just playing devil's advocate here but isn't it possible the screens on some iphones are not completely flat especially due to inconsistencies with the new manufacturing techniques necessary to accommodate 3d touch? I've seen various photos from people complaining about screen protectors not adhering completely usually just along the edge. I guess the best course of action now is to purchase a cheaper screen protector and see if you experience the same issue in that area.

Perhaps, but manufacturers are given specs with which to build their accessories. They then claim compatibility, so the onus is on them.

Furthermore, my fit issues are on an iPhone 6 NOT 6(S).

Do you have any pictures of the Spigen screen protector on a 6s?

TIA!

Ok this is the 2nd time in 2 weeks this has happened.
Daswise for 6S Plus - some how the front facing camera cutout keeps getting dust underneath. How does these pieces of dust keep getting in there?

Anyone else exp this?

I bought a Zagg GLASS for my 6S Plus yesterday at the AT&T store cause I was desperate. Can anyone of you give me some insight into why something like Tech Armor Ballistic Glass is <$10 while Zagg is like $50? I've used both and in some ways the Tech Armor is even better...Why do people still buy Zagg then?

I tried the Daswise and had multiple spots that didn't stick properly. Then I went back to my favorite screen protector Benks and thank goodness it installed as good on my 6S plus as my last one did I my 6 plus. It took me three tries to get a good alignment but once down it just sticks well - no bubbles or non-adhering spots. And best of all, it's super thin. Noticeably thinner than the Daswise.

I did. That was why I knew the Daswise wasn't for me. Very easy for dust to get trapped in between the screen.

It also has a very sharp edge that doesn't adhere to the screen since it's not 3D so you are only safe from being cut when you use a protective case that has a lip.

FYI: my little review of the Godosmith Ice Max 3D on a 6S Plus.

So I got an Ice Max 3d from Amazon for my 6s. Way bummed out. This was last night. As of now, I just have the one big bubble left. Why!!!!

I haven't found anything that is perfect or even comes close. But I want to protect my device because I'll be passing this phone down next year to a family member.
I'm not completely satisfied with Zagg but I feel that for me, it's better than nothing.

I've had a great experience with ice max. First install I had a few good bubbles that wouldn't go away with pushing or anything. Realized I could have centered it a tad bit better, so I took it off and put it back on. Since then not one issue.

I also ordered the dawise, just in case I messed up the ice Max. I understand why the ice Max is the better one because of the round edges compared to the Dawise Cliff type edges
