6S+ phones ordered through ATT.com, not apple or Apple app, what's your delivery date?

I usually always order from apple but i have a granfathered unlimited data plan and i'm not trying to give that up just to have my phone earlier!
FYI you can keep you grandfathered UDP even if you order thru apple. the only reason u need to order thru ATT is to get the 2 year subsidy price for the phone.
right but i'm not trying to pay $800+ to get the iphone earlier either.

I hate AT&T right now. They have that message pre-typed for anyone who asks about the 6s Plus
that's exactly why I preordered through ATT. but you said you wanted to keep the UDP plan, which you can even if you order through apple.
I know this has been discussed before, but isn't it a bit ludicrous to think that the ONLY people that won't be getting phones on Friday are 6s Plus customers who ordered directly through AT&T? Like, I get it... Apple is going to hog the inventory for themselves. But to think that not a single person (besides SunriseSammy and his damn 9/24 ship date... I envy you) will get their phone just doesn't add up to me.
I do realize that these forums boards are a very small demographic of people compared to the millions of pre orders, but I have yet to see one tracking number for 6s Plus people who ordered through AT&T.
I've been really optimistic through this whole launch this year. There's still a part of me that thinks most of us will be using our shiny 6s Plus' on Friday and they'll be sent out either today or tomorrow. But, of course, there's that little bit of pessimist in me that's going to be a little bitter if I don't get my phone. Life will go on, it's just a phone. But it would be nice to have it in hands on Friday. Or at least a tracking number before the end of the week.
tHIs made me giggle. i agree. i don't understand how at&t got shafted with inventory when ALL other carriers are shipping out the 6s+ just fine. I have a weird feeling we'll get them friday or monday but also a strange feeling that we're all doomed. Last year this same thing happened when i preordered w/ att but i received the phone the monday after. I'm salty that they're a business that isn't aiming to please customers and i woke up in the middle of the night for nothing.
I think it is crazy too. Apple had them available for Sep 25th shipping for most of the first day of pre orders. Even Best Buy had the AT&T 6S Plus for pick up on Friday. How could they get them when the carrier supposedly can't get any until October? Doesn't make much sense.

yeah, strange that only at&t has issues getting 6s+ out by 9/25. Local Best Buy still had some available for pre-order when I was there last night.
like i said before, you can keep UDP even if you purchase the phone elsewhere, like best buy or apple. the sole reason you need to purchase from ATT would be to get the subsidized price of the phone with a 2 year contract renewal.
AT&T is keeping track of how many times you check your order status or call or initiate a chat about your 6S+. Those will the most occurrences will be moved to the back of the line. While all the other kids on the block are out playing on the street this weekend with their shiny new 6S+ phones from Verizon and Spring, and even some from AT&T, those who pestered AT&T will have to watch from their windows.

they have bigger things to worry about than to track our activity....like shipping us our phones
You give the other carriers too much credit. Most of the iPhone customers are with ATT.
