I hope you all get yours today! I had a question about the Next program. I was planning on turning in the phone when I got my 6s+ so I just paid off the 12th installment so I could preorder. The week of the 12th, I received a message from someone I used to work with who wanted to buy my 6+. We were going to meet so he could give me $$ before the 12th, but it didn't happen until later in the morning of the 12th after I did the pre order. Now AT&T is saying that I would have to wait until it shows up on my bill to pay it off. Has anyone else had this happen? I would like to sellit to my friend.
 
I can get a 64GB 6s+ today from the Apple store, BUT the freaking idiots at AT&T cannot cancel my existing order that they never shipped because it is "PREPARING TO SHIP."

Idiots.


Memo to self:
Never, ever order from AT&T store again! Better to just reserve for pickup at Apple Store.

That's positive. Your order has probably been printed and is moving through the warehouse. My "preparing to ship" order can still be cancelled. :(

Q: Are you Premier? If not, you can probably cancel. I talked to the Premier department (which is supposed closed on weekends) and the CSR could not cancel.

The only way to get a phone today is to pick up a new and add it as a new line on my share plan, then transfer the number from my old phone to the new. Then try to return the old phone and then refuse delivery of the uncancelled phone whenever it arrives.

Bottom line, I am not going through all that for a damn iPhone. Learned my lesson, never deal with AT&T store again.
 
I did my pre orders on October 12 at 315am ET with the October 16-23 ship date (6s+ SG 64 GB) , got an email the next day saying my credit card was declined , so I called to use a different one which went thru . THEN I got another email with a new tracking and ordering numbers and with a pre order date of oct 13 at 3pm , which had me worried because I thought I lost my place in line :(. BUT to my surprise I got a tracking number in Tuesday and my phone got delivered on launch day at 3pm! I feel bad reading about all the people who orders before me yet don't have a phone :/

At promptly 8am cst I reserved 2 iPhones: each 128gb and rose gold, 1 6s and 1 6s+. I already had my reservation page set up at 7:30 am and as soon as 8 hit, the local store options came up and I was able to go through the reservation process, twice, smoothly and quickly. I'm only picking one, but I have been torn as to which size phone to get.

Anyhow, I ordered through the att site at 9/12 at 8am cst a 128gb rose gold 6s+. I live in S.A., Tx. Until this morning, I still had not received a shipping confirmation and after I reserved my phones, I was able to cancel my order with no problems whatsoever. I will never order through att again! I had been so stressed and frustrated by this experience! I am now really happy and excited to go pick up my phones today on the way to work!

I am Premier. I can cancel online myself, and AT&T rep at store yesterday said it would be no problem to cancel.

I am premier as well. It looks to me that they (ATT) have no clue on the warehouse shipments and all of the shipments are being sporadic. I just hung up with a customer service supervisor and again, the same history. They can't do anything about it, they can't move the dates or make any changes to the order. My order can be cancelled as well meaning I don't expect this phone to ship anytime soon. This phone is supposed to be an anniversary gift which is the 30th and it seems to me that I am screwed big time

I didn't order my my 6S+ 64GB gold until 9/17 and i just got my tracking number. Will be delivered Monday.

It seems you and I are in the same boat. I also ordered the silver 64gb and apparently this is the most constrained model after gold rose

Thats a 6s though, space grey as well so of course that was shipped out quick :| As far as pluses go, literally anything thats space grey& not 64 gb is getting shipped out/has already been delivered -_- the most annoying thing ever. I didn't even think 64gb 6s+ was even that popular.

I pre-ordered the 128G black 6s plus and was told that delivery would be in Nov 7. Bummer.

Then I came home yesterday and there it was waiting for me. Oh joy!

I have a 128 gb iphone 6 now and didn't use nearly any of that. I know I def need more than 16 gb but I can probably downsize to 64gb. Don't regret anything though us rose gold 64gb people are with you :(

It seems many of us have something in common. The model we ordered. iPhone 6s Plus 64gb Silver. We should be in contact to see if the orders are shipping or at least moving

I am the opposite.

I have a 128GB 6+, and felt guilty, spending so much money. I mean I normally go for the $399, but it was only $100 more. so I did it, and realized, crap I spent $500.

I went through my phone, deleted all the apps I don't use and could care less about. Low and behold I was below 32GB, or right around there.

So I went for 64GB this time.
