7-10 business days (October 7 - 11 Delivery) group

32 gb Gold ATT still processing for me, I don't think I saw anyone 32 GB ATT Golds going out yet. It does seem like the 64 GB Golds have started shipping from this group.

I have a 32 gold AT&T preparing for shipment from the Apple Store. My confirmation email arrived at 12:06am on 09/20.

I will NEVER understand why people on forums at macrumors pre order their iPhones. You're neurotic enough to continually check/post on forums regarding shipping dates then why not just wait and find one in a store?

I'm exactly like most of you men and women in that I want the new iPhone ASAP, but I've never considered pre-ordering because that locks you in. For the past two or three iPhone launches I've picked the phone up within 1-3 days of launch at a local store

I know for me its hard to leave work just to wait in line for a phone and I would rather not spend my weekends in line. Its take no effort to check a forum. And in the past pre-orders have delivered on day or really quickly.

I think that the current state of deliveries is one of the prime reasons for pre ordering. You mention that in the past you've been able to stroll in a few days post release date and picked up your phone of choice. Here we are, a week later, and if your choice was a gold iPhone, chances are you would still be empty handed.

I find it much easier to know that one will be arriving to my doorstep at some point. Would I rather that it happen much sooner? Of course I do. However, I still prefer pre ordering to having to go from one B&M store to another in the hopes of finding what I want. My free time is far too limited for that.

Ordered a 64gb Silver iPhone in Canada on Sept 20 at about 1:01am (MST) (7-10 days) and it just switched to preparing for shipment this evening.

Yay :D

I Ordered My White 64gb T-mobile on the 20th at 8:10am and so far It still says Processing. Im Hoping that Changes ether Overnight or Tomorrow.;)

I completely agree with you. In the end, it's just a phone and I am far too busy to spend time running around attempting to locate something I know will eventually come in a week or two. In a couple months, will it really matter that somebody got their phone a week earlier?

That being said, there's nothing wrong with joining the people on these threads and sharing our anticipation. Complain as we might, I think there's a certain rush one gets from going through the ordering process of a new device.

Thought I'd throw in a note that my 64GB Unlocked Gold 5S has also moved to Preparing for Shipment. It is estimated to be delivered between Oct 8 and Oct 11.

I have two 64Gb T-Mobile on order, the Space Gray is "preparing for shipment" but the gold remain as processing item.
