I believe they are shipping the US orders first, before the european orders, i don't believe anyone in the UK has had there order changed to preparing for dispatch yet.
This is ridiculous and absurd, I made my order before American ones.![]()
In the UK we were one of the first countries to be able to order online yet we are one of the last to get them dispatched to us, biased much?
My unlocked Space Grey iPhone just moved to "preparing for shipment"![]()

Although we were able to order before the Americans, that was just because we hit midnight first. Sensibly, Apple staggered the order process going live so that the whole world didn't try to hit their severs at midnight California time.
Apple will have allocated stock to each country, so the earlier you ordered in your country's Applestore the early you should be in your countries queue.
As I posted in the UK thread, I have every confidence that the UK orders will dispatch within Apple's timeframe and will probably arrive a couple of days ahead of their earliest prediction (this is based on my previous Apple orders). I expect the UK orders to change to Preparing for Dispatch over the weekend.
Mine is preparing for shipping! Ordered from apple.com 12:04am View attachment 436555View attachment 436555
It might be though... in a way. Normal practice with iPhone launches in the past has been to ship them from the factory in bulk to a UK distribution centre, and it's only when they ship from there that the status changes, and from there, it's next day delivery. So they could be en route to the UK without a status change, I guess.I wish the same was happening for us in the uk![]()
Australian orders getting dispatched? Apple are a ****ing joke. UK pays the most and gets last.
