mine say its coming thursday. why are people thinking they will get it earlier. UPS should tell you delievery date.
Because they gave a date initially and it was wrong..Then they removed the delivery date altogether. They should tell you the damn date the whole way thru. I never saw anything like this happen before. Their level customer support is unacceptable. The reason for optimism is because we are doing what their customer support people refuse to do..actually working out what flight the items are on and coming up with our own estimates.
 
I've yet to see a single comment in this forum that would indicate that a single person got any help or useful information from UPS customer support.
 
Mine is on the flight to Louisville right now and I'm hoping it gets to me tomorrow. I'm flying to NYC first thing Thursday morning for the weekend...wouldn't want to have to wait until Sunday to play with the black beauty.

Looks like another UPS flight 99 will be leaving South Korea 9/21/16 at 9:55 PM local time (8:55 AM EST) heading to Anchorage, AK.

Looks like there's a 3:43 AM flight from Louisville to Ontario, CA. Anybody know from experience if there's any chance I make that flight?
 
I came back from an Apple store reservation today, and I held the matte black and jet black iPhones. Wow, IMO jet black feels and looks amazing. The shiny deep black color makes this phone stand out. It was surprising to hold an iPhone with that texture and solid feel. The matte black was nice but felt exactly like the 6 and 6S and it wasn't black enough for me LOL.

Yet another day and no change. After using the other Plus I received Monday I really want mine so I can further explore.
 
Well, assuming all goes well with my 128GB Matte Black 7+ pick up tomorrow, I will be cancelling my alleged 'preparing to ship' Jet Black. Honesty, I should've ordered Matte Black to begin with as I am WAY to concerned about fingerprints and scratches. Either way I would've ended up putting it in a case. Thing is, if I ordered Matte Black, I'd already have had my phone by now. Oh well. I'll report back tomorrow. Good luck to everyone.
 
Just popping back into the forum to see how everyone is doing. Seems things are still churning (a little). Got my phone yesterday, but since it was an upgrade swap, couldn't get it activated until today. I love how beautiful the Jet Black is. Please try to stay patient. It will be worth the wait!

i checked both out at the store today the jet black looks like plastic. I wish i had ordered the matte to begin with i would have it already. hopefully the 256 matte i ordered will be here early.
