Because they gave a date initially and it was wrong..Then they removed the delivery date altogether. They should tell you the damn date the whole way thru. I never saw anything like this happen before. Their level customer support is unacceptable. The reason for optimism is because we are doing what their customer support people refuse to do..actually working out what flight the items are on and coming up with our own estimates.mine say its coming thursday. why are people thinking they will get it earlier. UPS should tell you delievery date.
