Anybody else appears stuck "shipped" in china?

My JB i7+ 128gb was supposed to arrive today. Yesterday the date kept switching from Tuesday to Wednesday back and forth. This morning the package was updated as "shipped" from China, with no more delivery estimate. Originally I assumed my phone was on a plane, but I am now starting to think it is still sitting in China. This year preordering process has been painful. Like many of you guys, I waited for an update the night before launch, hoping things would smooth out from there. I feel that Apple locked a lot of us in by tying our hands to avoid massive cancellation on the 16th...otherwise I would have tried to pick up another color at the store.

I'm in the exact same situation as you and many others.

At least you guys are shipped! I'm still processing!!!
If we don't move, it's just creating a bottleneck effect, and your order is just going to sit behind. I've read UPS reaching its daily limit and having to process surplus the next day...this is unbelievable.

This is getting a little ridiculous. I ordered at 12:03, a literal MINUTE after the online store was available, with order confirmation being sent at 12:04. Phone is stuck in Korea.

I'm sure I ordered faster than a lot of people in this thread, but apparently I'll be one of the last within the 9/26-10/3 batch to actually receive the phone.

My phone just left Anchorage too! I just noticied this also. From the time it leaves its origin, it takes UPS 1-2 business days to have it at our doorsteps. Us who left China on the 20th have up until the 22nd for UPS to deliver it to us. I hope I get it Wednesday instead of Thursday

So you think UPS could realistically deliver our Jet Black 7+ tomorrow if our iPhones left 4:47pm from Anchorage?

If you live in one of the states that abut Kentucky I think it's quite reasonable. The customer support people are total incompetents, but the people who actually move the packages probably do their very best.

In theory, yes. There are plenty of planes flying all over the states around 3-5 AM from Louisville. It just depends if they can process it fast enough.

At this point I think there's a 70-80% chance we'll all get it tomorrow. The other 20 is of course, more of the nonsense we've put up with so far.

Most others seem to have gotten it next day, if it got this far. Let's go with that! :D
If we get it Tommorow, that means my original 3 day theory would be correct when I said everyone who got theirs bumped up 3 days early from the 26th means that we would be 3 days behind them!
