7+ Jet Black (128/256) Date Change Thread

Here's a tip for anyone who had a leather case on their 6+ and got a 7+...I enlarged the camera hole with a razor blade and it fits just fine.

I want to believe you on this but the people on UPS 63 that landed a little before 99 got Arrival scans so why would we not get Arrival scans ?

So on another thread this one guy who had same arrival scan at inch.. had a depart from there.. and a arrival at AK...

Fml right haha

Mine is shipping. Stayed in China and updated to Friday delivery instead of Thursday. I am from oct 18- oct 31 group

Good luck to everyone! I'm checking out now :) reserved a matte black 256 plus in my local store this morning and I got it about 2 hours later lol. I ended up getting the matte black because to be honest my case makes it look shiny on the outside lol and I really liked the way the matte looked in person. Just looked cleaner and less smudgy plus I don't need to worry about scratches lol.

Damn. Not calling it quits for tonight unless there's no scan at Louisville. Just used the automated system again from the 800 number and it still says it's scheduled for tomorrow, so we'll see.

Yep, I called it and even spoke to a rep.. and she said that the delivery date will keep fluctuating till it arrives in the states..

Of course she can't do much more than that so I just said thanks.

my jet black 7+ didn't get to Kentucky till 2am last night. They ended up delaying many flight departing from Kentucky to get the packages on. I kid you not. If you don't believe me, look at flightstats.com

God****ing damnit. We are stuck which was my fear and means we get our phones at the earliest Friday and latest Monday which really ****ing pisses me off considering ****ers with oct 4-10 dates got their phones before us. Fml. **** UPS. **** UPS up their stupid ****ing asses

If my phone is not here tomorrow, I will take solace in calling UPS and chewing out the supervisor of the department housing the incompetent a**holes who keep guaranteeing my phone will be here on wrong delivery dates. First someone said 9/20. Then it was supposed to be 9/21. Now it probably won't be here tomorrow.

Technically, there are no service guarantees for International shipments due to Customs. So as much as you'll chew out the supervisor, they can't control government controlled entities.

So I'm one of the people stuck in Zhengzhou at 1:05am

I am still showing a delivery tomorrow. I view this as still possible. Many pages back there were several people in the same boat and poof their phone beamed from Zhengzhou to Louisville and the phone was delivered on time. I'm hoping this is the case for us 1:05am Zhengzhou scan people. No way to tell till tomorrow morning.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. People that had later ship dates (in October and mine was Sep 26-29) got on the plane from Korea. Mine did not. It stayed in Korea overnight and shipped to Hong Kong and on to AK today (with a random Louisville scan in between). I contacted UPS yesterday and they stated that the contract with Apple limits the number of product they have to ship per day. My phone got held up accordingly, max number of items shipped. Take that for what its worth.

I emailed the CEO of UPS...not that i thought it would do anything, but it made me feel better. Poor communication, poor tracking, and no clear answers. I have had the new iPhone on launch day every year but this one. The last couple of product launches have been very un Apple-like.

My UPS app says tomorrow still too lol
But when I check the email that apple sent and hit track package it says updated delivery 9/23/2016.
Apples shipping email told me Monday the 26th wonder if they are more accurate
