its normally 2 lines, 1 for in-store pickup and 1 for walk-ins (no matter what products you want)
 
My 44mm SS SG is being delivered tomorrow. My 44mm SS Gold still shows 9/28 - 10/2. Ordered same time. Of course gold is the one I was most wanting.

I was really hoping to be bumped up, but guess not. Now hoping for early delivery, or a bit earlier. Wouldn't be surprised if they go to Preparing to ship sometime today or tonight so we can't cancel and look for in store tomorrow.

I assume it will be delivered tomorrow (that is what UPS says) and status' remain stale through Saturday or Sunday and then start reflecting my shipment for next week.
 
I have been looking at my order via the iOS app, today I looked at the website, this is what I see:

yep its been saying that since the weekend... think what the above person said might be true might see some movement on it soon. which means we would not be able to cancel it to find it in the local store lol

I'm not sure I understand their post... Tracking someone with a similar reference number doesn't tell us anything, because the package may or may not be an apple product, and if it is, it could be any apple product.
 
as long as there are no actual delays and they arrive on the 9/28 i'll be satisfied. coming from a S0 another week will not hurt.

Mine is in the 28-02 window

Disappointed on not getting a launch date after ordering at 0305. EST
(Site was down until 0303)

I won’t be able to get mine in my hands until 10/07 so the 09/21 date is all that really mattered to me.
 
I want to try and reserve one for in-store pick up tomorrow. Going to have to get up at 3AM to see if the inventory updates then. I wish I knew the exact time.

Hmmm, do you think they will do inventory updates before launch? And why 3 a.m.?
 
I don't expect to see much of any stock for SS models tomorrow, but I will be looking as well.

Not sure why I think 3AM. It's the time pre-orders typically go live and I'd assume they're getting their shipments today and organizing their stores tonight/this morning. Just gonna give it a shot to wake up early and check stocks.

I think they are thinking that the in-store inventory will be updated alongside when pre-orders open. I can only assume that 3AM is their local time compared to 12:01AM PST (Apple time).

You are correct, my local time is EST. So 3AM is 12:00AM Apple time. :)
 
Also going to ask about a SBSS 44 when I pick up my XS - but not holding out hope. (Certainly not if I have to wait on two lines - but if the in store purchase line is not too bad, might head for that first if they say that they have my preferred AW in stock.)
 
Hmm now that we've been charged how long do we have before we cannot cancel the order? As in, if I find one tomorrow morning will I still be able to cancel?
