9/28 - 10/1 Delivery Thread

So I hedged my bets. I have a Best Buy literally in walking distance and stopped by on the way home. Politely talked to the Mobile team there and they did some digging and found out that they have ONE on the way and it is NOT reserved. They went ahead and reserved it, but are not sure WHEN it will be there. Hoping tonight or tomorrow, then I would cancel my Apple order. But I have two reserved at the moment, knowing ONE is on the way hah.
I agree that it is possible to get it tomorrow. It could be shipped out of a FED EX Hub that no-one is even looking at. I know in the past with the watches, I have received them via fed ex and got tracking the day it was delivered. We shall see.
I got one at 2:09AM and it has not moved. I saw someone with a later date get processed, although it was an aluminum watch. Still happy with my Best Buy hedge I posted about earlier.
I really have a hard time believing the watch will arrive tomorrow. Probably more like mid next week up to next Friday the earliest scheduled delivery date.
Thats what I am thinking, Tuesday at best. All day 1 watches are coming from China, not sure why ours would already be here, but I hope.
Agreed. It's been my experience that they'll come from China; so either Apple is just locking us all in before launch day, so that those who get one on launch day will have to wait to be refunded

They've done it to me before, can't remember if it was the 6+ or Series 2 Apple Watch, but they put everyone in Preparing to Ship the night before launch day so you couldn't cancel and try to get in store. Similar to this, but they still beat delivery estimate, just not by much.
for the apple watch I just did a tracking by reference# on the ups website without the last two digits of my order# and got a tracking number on schedule for delivery tomorrow. Apple says my watch will be here between sept 28 to oct. 2. Anyone want to check it out and see if they get the same results back?
Are you sure it is yours? I have done that and the package that comes up is going to Burbank CA. I do not live in Burbank.
I did the same thing, without using my destination zipcode...needless to say, I got my hopes up.
I ordered through Apple at 3:05 44mm SS white sport band with delivery 9/28-10/2 - charged this afternoon and changed to preparing to ship today and UPS my choice updated tonight - my watch is sitting in Mount Juliet, TN since 2:41pm today. Don’t know why they couldn’t have moved it just a bit quicker...
Also placed an order through Verizon because of their “delivery by: 9/21” promise but that hasn’t moved either. Was going to cancel Apple when/if Verizon shipped but who knows which one will come first.
