My order has disappeared from the UK Mail site for about the third time but Syncron shows it out for delivery from Belfast early this morning. Is the UK Mail tracking system always this annoying?

I had an iPad delivery a few years ago that didn't arrive at the office until after everyone in our post room had gone home. That was a Friday, so I had to wait until after the weekend to get it. At least this release is a Thursday so at worst, I only have to wait until tomorrow morning hopefully

Call DPD and ask them to call the local depot to find out.
Call UKMail and ask don't go by Syncron for carriers updates Syncron is a mess. To be fair imagine the amount of data going through there site, you've got the normal work day plus the added bulk of Apple on top.
Residential I think is 08:00 - 20:00
Business is like 09:00 - 17:00

I'm pretty sure, that at this point, you'd have to refuse delivery. then, once its back with apple, they process your refund (gift cards within 24/48hrs), debit/creditcard 5-7 business days)

I don't know if this can help but two days ago I ordered the iPad Pro 9.7 256 GB Space gray + cover and back case and is stil in "Ready for shipment" from the Italian Store.
I hope that it'll be on my desk on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Why bother with all this delivery when one can walk in and get one from the store today? I mean I would understand if you guys would get it before hand, but it's not the case...

Well for myself I live a fair way from an Apple Store, so delivery is my best option
Had I known that JL would have stock on launch day, I could have got one there, but would have to wait till after work before I can collect.
