i contacted apple, they said theyll write them so that uk mail can advise them, but that it would probably take 24hrs to hear back.
uk mail both depot and normal phone were, like this morning, extremely rude and refused to help and werent even sorry. i even told the lady the name of the driver and that apple had advised me to contact them.
To be honest the problem has come from Apple cancelling. As I said I guarantee they told you they couldn't cancell it, but in the background the system has. Thus causing this network of chaos.
I'm surprised your getting that kind of response, most carriers need to find out what's happening otherwise a charge put in place.
