After having caught up (apologies for my absence), DP is the spy. I'm not willing to gamble that he put together this team without a spy. Therefore, I used the NC so I can assemble my own team with input from other Agents. I realize it's late on the East Coast.

Welcome back QoS. So DP must be the spy from the last mission then and its your turn to choose a team.

Thanks. Sorry for the delay.

Well, since I'm an Agent, and this is turn 4, I'm picking 5. As a reminder, with 5 team members, the spies need TWO fail votes to win the mission. Please chime in if I've missed something.

edit: This counts as turn 4, correct? Not turn 3 since we NC'd?

Here's what I'm thinking:

I have no real read on Sythas, I think TechGod is an Agent (just a vibe). I'm always too trusting of Moyank in general...so I'll go with what others think on that front. For the last spot it's a choice between Moyank and Wood, I think.

Just looked it up, still turn 3.

"3. A mission can only be voted down five times in a row. Five nay votes in a turn will immediately lead to a Infiltration victory.

No Confidence: You may null an approved vote and force a change of leadership. Counts as a 'nay' vote."

Oh. That's dumb since technically a turn still happened, no? Anyway - any thoughts on that team? Specifically TechGod or Moyank?

No comment on TechGod. Really not digging how he plays these games. Was he such a passionate lurker in WW games too?

Moyank is the same for me: always good vibes, so easy to become too trusting of her. When she's even constructive while being awesome, I tend to think she's on the good side.

Tbh, I think you should put in a tentative list with the knowledge about fielding 4 players (turn 3) before we judge or comment on it.

If I am to be perfectly honest, I prefer WW games, hence my lurking. I'm an agent though, FWIW.

Pretty sure this counts still as turn 3.

Except ravenvii tweaked that as well... :p

This is how it's been played from the start. At least, that's how I've understood it to be played and how it seems Ravenvii has played it.

This isn't new either. We are currently at 1/5 of the way to this happening. And, assuming people are happy with QoS's team, the count will reset with the conclusion of this turn.

Since there was no vote, the turn never finished, therefore, we are still in round three. It would be the same if we'd used the No Confidence immediately after the mission was announced.

Never said it is. QoS asked and I replied. We played almost every single mission like that during the first game (although we can't be 100% sure - at least I'm not - what ravenvii tweaked as well, that's why I quoted the OP).

Not sure what you point is tbh.

Pretty sure it's still turn 3, so only need 4.

For your selection I'm not sure. Like the last turn I think I would nay it. I would not choose a team almost like DP if I think he's a spy...

My point in quoting you and QoS together was to clarify that this turn is still going. There was room for your post to be misinterpreted, and I wanted to make sure it wasn't. It wasn't personal, just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page.

Watching from distant sidelines, it strikes me that this is a rather complex world, one that requires a considerable degree to commitment if one were to choose to participate.

However, I will be curious to see what set, or combination, of circumstances, if any, would enable a victory for the spies.

QOS can you please explain your reasoning behind this team? It really makes little sense to me. If we go with the theory that DP is the spy from Mission 2 and we assume that he put both you and a spy on his last team for the purpose of setting you up to look guilty.

Team Leader: Don't panic

Team Members: QoS, Moyank24, FenrisMoonlight, Twietee

Why would you pick a team of the exact same people? Since the last mission was No Confidenced we are still trying to complete Mission 3 so you only get to choose 4 team members and only 1 fail vote will crash the mission. We can't put even one spy on the team.

Wanted to wait for a more definite list, but anyway: her claiming that DP is a spy while considering Fenris, me, Moyank and TechGod (was brought into play by DP as well) for the mission is...irritating indeed.

I would have expected WoodNUFC to be a much stronger candidate for the team too - not just an afterthought. He's not cleared of course and while I suspected him mostly because of mscriv I did notice that he appeared somewhat stressed or agressive while I remember him being one of the extremely humble and relaxed players but I acknowledge that this may be just my personal perception which can easily trick oneself from time to time. There is no indication now - at least one that I know of - that he should be considered as a spy more than others and since he's under surveillance I guess he's a good option for the starting 4 along mscriv.

Yeah I have to make note and even a diagram for the cards given and results and since those cards don't even give us useful informations it's how I think poeple will play... o_O

But it's FUN!

as already mentioned earlier, Queen of Spades is a SPY.

BS.

As it stands now, I'd agree. Her list doesn't make much sense (IMO) if she's an agent.

Guys, it's a tentative list. Getting "irritated" and concluding I'm a spy when the signs point to my clearly NOT being a spy is a waste of time. Like seriously @twietee? I posted it when you were on last night and asked for feedback. Clearly I'm open to suggestion, not sure where your testiness is coming from. Give me some constructive feedback and let's fix it, jesus.

And Wood is completely cleared how, again? Because he said that mscriv was an Agent?

Again, I'm open to swaps. It's a tentative list for a reason. If you believe DP on this one, then we're going to lose. And it will be deserved. I'll be revising my list when I get to work. If I were a spy, I would have just let the previous mission go through and saved my NC.

Yeah - it's still mission 3 so still 4 people in the team, but its the second team suggestion for mission 3.
BS.

I agree Wood isn't cleared but he's a good candidate since if he votes fail then we will instantly know he did and we know he's voted success twice, so mixing him with 3 other people we are fairly sure are agents would be good IMO since we have less potential spies if the mission does fail.

We still have no definite clears - even mscriv could still be a spy - although it would mean both WoodNUFC and Twietee are spies for that to be true so its pretty likely he's an agent so he seems a good choice.

I'm a good candidate since I'm an agent but there's no proof of that...

As for the others, DP choose QoS, Moyank, Fenris, Twietee. So assuming at least 1 spy there - you say your not a spy, I know I'm not, Twietee maybe but if DP and Twietee were spies its likely Twietee would have lied and said mscriv was a spy so we exclude both Wood and mscriv and put DP/Twietee on the team - so most likely would be Moyank.

I agree on Wood and have added him to the pending team. twietee would seem to be the third member, then. I'll be back shortly to get to a fourth.

And thank you for the input. It's not spy-ness, it was just a bad play on my part.

BS.

i must have missed, but there is nothing that points at you NOT being a spy.

you were cornered, if you didn't do it it would have been obvious to everyone, not just me
