In relation to the Twitter issue from yesterday. It appears that Twitter was having issues anyway so it could be related to that and not at all related to the jailbreak.
I'm still having strange issues with the music app but it's mostly working correctly. Just appears to be with purchased music.
I know people have been having issues with Cydia taking forever to load but I'll tell you that if you truly wait it out it will load completely. It took about 5 minutes one time for a full load but it did work. I can only imagine the traffic on the servers right now.
Personally I haven't experienced any issues with the app store but I'm reading a lot of them. Have a lot of people in this thread been experiencing them? I'd be interested to know what you have installed from Cydia.
One last side note, when re-downloading some purchased music I did get a very strange error. I clicked to download a song and it told me I can't purchase pandora right now.

No problems here except that my iPod app has turned white. Everything still works fine so I'm not going to worry about it too much.
Well my iMessage was working since the jailbreak on Friday until last night. It turned itself off and everytime I try and reactive it says activation error. I uninstalled bitesms and retried with no luck
Anyone know how to turn texts received into iOS 5 banner-style alerts? I'm using biteSMS and whenever I receive a text, it appears as the old style. I've gone into the biteSMS settings and the alert style in Quick Reply is set to "Use Apple Settings" and my Apple settings are set to banner style.
EDIT: I was able to change it so I get banner notifications when I'm using the phone. I still get alert-style notifications when my screen is locked though.

it seems as though after jailbreaking everything works fine except my music player app. a good 1/3 of my music no longer plays. it'll skip them if it comes up in shuffle and if i click on a specific song it'll just stay at 0:00 and it just stays there. anyone else experienced this and know of any possible fixes?

I've noticed the battery in my iPad 2 is definitely going down pretty fast with nothing major even installed yet.

That happened to me. I couldn't figure out how to fix it, so I just finished restoring and re-jailbreaking it...I think it's fine now.

i figured thats what i'd end up doing but was hesitant to rejailbreak if it was going to persist :/ but i guess i'll give it a try
Can anyone running a jailbroken iPhone 4S on Verizon tell me if you change the carrier name will this cause a loss in service similar to the turning off 3G bug? I'm using IntelliscreenX.
I'm on a Verizon 4S and used the system options tab in SBSettings to change my carrier name. No issues at all so far.
