I deleted all the songs on my iPhone 4S and re-downloaded them, and it worked like a charm! Good Luck.
just wanted to note i was messing with the keychain file and seem to have corrupted something that stopped iMessage and FaceTime from communicating. Replaced it with an unedited version and mine is working again
Or instead of re-downloading them, you can delete the silent songs from the iPhone and then resync with your iTunes Library. Worked for me.
Have the remove backgound issue as well at times, though sometimes it works no fine

lol, use sbsettings to fix dir permissions. Timeout for you.
So far I've found this to be a very stable jailbreak. No real issues except the occasional white icon that goes away with respring. Loving rocking the jailbreak again. I missed SBSettings like crazy. And SiriToggles is awesome.

I'm having the exact same issue. It would work immediately on my 4, there is a bit of lag on the 4s and the flutter.
I'm running 5.0.1.

Why don't you check out WeeFlashight for NotificationCenter. It's a widget for NC and works great. I guess it's less customizable since you can't assign it a gesture or button like you would for springflash.
I listen to music on my 4S everyday on the way to work, usually by the time I get there the battery has dropped a few percent (3-4%), since the JB though I noticed it's still at 100% when I get there. I was expecting a decrease in battery life after the JB...Anyone else experienced this?
The only way i have found to fix the white icons is either by a respring or download/delete something from cydia. That will usually take care of the white icon.

When I try so send musik to my airport with airplay I am simply missing the airplay icon? Instead I only have the "Phone" and "Iphone speakers" icons available? I have to say here that my computer can see the airport and use airplay to send music to at this moment.
I found an old similar fix were I was told to change langauage setting to a different one that my own and then back again. This worked to begin with but again my airplay icon disapeared and now the switching forth and back with language dos'nt work.

My 4S is jailbroken, Cydia installed, biteSMS installed and working but no Camera Roll. When I try to run Absinthe again it says my device is already jailbroken. I have done multiple restores, reboots, erase settings but nothing brings it back. And my iCloud backup still shows 500+ MB of pictures that are backing up. Don't know what else to do. Any thoughts?
The 4S is my first iPhone after making the switch from Android. I tried jailbreaking, but it did not go well at all. The PC part went fine. But when I launched Absinthe on my phone, it just sat at that screen with the green logo and never did anything. I tried to do the VPN trick but to no avail. My need for a phone forced me to do a reset but my phone has been acting weird since that reset. Primarily, some of my songs will not play. I'll be listening to my playlist and they'll hit one of these songs and just stop. Not only that, but the album art and song info doesn't match what is actually playing. When I have more time, I need to try removing my songs and readding them. But man, what a pain. Don't know if I'll try jailbreaking again....
