A5 Untethered Jailbreak Issues, Bugs, Incompatibilities, ETC

Right here's my problem jailbroke but left pin lock on is that a issue when jailbreaking? I've now the Absinthe logo on my 4s when I click it I get a white screen. I've tried turning VPN on and it gives me a error but no reboot and still the white screen using Absinthe. I've re jailbroke twice is it worth trying a 3rd time but turning pin lock off first

Okay, this'll sound stupid, but are you 2100% sure you're giving it enough time to get going? Mine hung up quite a few times, but I just let it sit.

On another note, infinifolders is fine on my 4S

That doesn't sound good, because it seems like you did everything right. Maybe, and I know this is annoying, but try a fresh restore and a fresh jailbreak?
 
Having some trouble restoring a backup from my iPhone 4 to my iPhone 4S. Seems like Siri goes away after doing that hmmmm.

Just enable Siri in settings. For some reason when restoring from iPhone 4 backup this happens.

Fail. Hmm... I'd do one more run through of all the steps and whatnot, and if it fails again, I'd just do a nice clean restore as I said above. Start from scratch. If that's still failing I'd imagine it has to be something to do with either your computer, USB cable, or particular download of the jailbreak.
 
When i am attempting to jailbreak, it gets to the point where you unlock and run the Jailbreak icon on the phone, but I do not have the icon in the home screen. Any ideas?
 
I'm still having the problem with lost service. When I reset all settings I get it back, then when I set up SBSettings again, I lose it after a few minutes. Is anyone else having problems with SBSettings?

Mite try my macbook soon...confused on whats going on.
or maybe restore to 9A405?
 
After resetting my settings again, I got weird apps on my homescreen, like "AdSheet," "FieldTest," "iOS Diagnostics," and "Setup." Setup actually sends me out to the setup you get when you first get your new iPhone. And I can't hide them. Weird.

EXACTLY the same issue... did you have any luck, I've deleted absinthe once and rerun the jb, but same thing with the vpn not connecting or crashing etc... any news?

no pin code- but on my third attempt it crashed as it should- and now i have a cydia icon... heres hoping that process works.

I had those alsso but after respring they disappeared

If it won't reboot do it manually by holding down the power and home button while running the JB app, but thats only if your stuck. Ive done it everything turned out fine.

Do you have an email address that requires a pin lock, i did i had to disable it.then run JB it worked after that.
