What is the $6 billion fine?
The first "fine" that most received was the acceptance of subscription based changes and ignoring the initial security breech in late 2013 of 38 million users credit cards, login credentials/passwords, ect.

The $6Billion would have been Adobe's revenue, but I was way off! More like ~$12Billion total revenue expected for 2019.

Adobe had revenue of $9 billion last year so if they hit $12 billion this year they are really growing. Kind of undermines the "we all switched since the subscriptions came out" argument, doesn't it?

They don’t need as many customers when the rest are paying considerably MORE in the long term.

They haven't raised their subscription costs in the past few years so they have clearly added many more net customers than they lost.

I get why people don't like subscriptions or don't need something like PS or LR but these anecdotal musing about how they are losing customer market share are just not faintly based upon reality. The reality is that Adobe's revenue and customer base has increased dramatically over the past 4 years.
