Thanks for sharing this. Do they mean Wednesday afternoon?
Hi,
I am facing following issue. iOS updated to 12.3, model of TV Samsung UE55NU8502 (2018) Firwmare ver. 1251 installed.
When I would like to share something from iPhone via AirPlay, code on the TV is displayed, after entering it on the iPhone, "Unable to connect to the TV" message appears on the iPhone. From my point of view my TC should be supported for AirPlay, because after update firmware, AirPlay options was added and also Apple TV app. TV is 2018, and also firmware is latest.
Any suggestion, how to fix this?
Is somewhere list of particular supported models of Samsung TVs?
Thank you.
Awesome. Thanks for the info. Good to see it’s not just me.

I have a UE49MU6100 here, version 1270, bought in 2018. No update or app has appeared yet... If anyone knows how to get the update, please share it with us.
Have you had any new update made available on yours? Still nothing for me.I think we got the same TV. Unfortunately my 50" is connected to our ATV 4K, so I haven't used the smart TV feature. But I'm okay with that.
how do you know? did they announce this?Apple won’t be supporting the Chromecast, but they will be supporting the $40 Roku stick soon. That’ll be your cheapest option for streaming iTunes content.
Not sure if my TV is supported. UN50NU6900
You give up DolbyVision with the Samsung sets, as they only support HDR 10 and their (not very well supported) HDR10+.Getting the 82” flavor Thursday... great to see this post...
Yes, at the March event they announced all the streaming platforms and boxes that they'd be supporting with the Apple TV app. Chromecast wasn't mentioned.how do you know? did they announce this?
