For me, the user experience isn't worth the premium price when compared to similar, as far as functionality, products.

I can press the Bluetooth button down for 5 seconds on a wired earbud Bluetooth set if it means I'm saving almost $100.

Not knocking anybody who uses or enjoys these, I probably wouldn't have anything to complain about if somehow a pair came into my possession.

No. Apple recently updated the Airpods (3.7.2) with a software update and the base and treble have been reportedly increased. They sound better to me since day one of owning the Airpods.

How exactly, is the update accomplished!? Thanks!

Just put my order in for a pair, should arrive Saturday. I'm looking forward to the auto pair to various Apple products. I am constantly going between listening to music from my iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. I currently have a pair of basic bluetooth headphones I connect to each. If I am working out at the gym, I'll connect to my iPhone and listen to tv shows or movies. But if I go for a run, I have to pair to my Apple Watch because I only bring that. And then I use my iPad at night when in bed. Each time I have to repair to the next device.

How are you listening to music when you only have your watch!? I'm confused!?

You can load a playlist from your phone onto your watch. Then you pair Bluetooth headphones to the watch. You select the watch as the media source, done. Super convenient.

Wow, I had no idea my apple watch had internal storage. I too would like to leave my iPhone @ home when going for a walk.

I've been out of the loop for awhile no. So I'm just getting caught up.

Thanks!!!

This was one of the main selling features for me about the Apple watch when it was released. It's great to be able to do workouts without an armband and the watch is much easier to access when controlling the music.
