Ah, that's literally what they were working on or the feature wouldn't even be here. The best you can do is to claim that they did not neglect fixing bugs.

The worst part is, it's a self-imposed release cycle. Nobody said Apple had to drop big new OS versions every fall but they do it anyway instead of just releasing them when they're done.

My name showed up. I used capital letters (which it defaulted to), but, yeah, my name is showing clear as day.

Hmm. I have a mix of emoji and letters and nothing showed up. I called Apple Support but they didn’t know about this. Other than this they work fine.

never understood the dog owner myself. always been a cat guy. brb cant be helped to constantly take dog out/needy/child. got an outdoor cat, comes and goes, does his thing. basically a room mate.

would never have a dog. and they are loud and barks. every neighbor has a dog here and it upsets me honestly, they let their dogs out at like 4am every single day for an hour. I assume he goes to work, but damn. its terrible. /end rant

Same here, one emoji and letters on each side, and nothing on the iPhone image.

Exactly my problem.

iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro (M1). Just got engraved AirPods Pro 2.
On the iPhone it works, on the iPad it shows a grey bar/box.

Both on the newest 16.2. Apple support said to reset the AirPods - yeah, well this does not make any sense. Because I just set them up and they are „saved“ in iCloud. So the iPad has the info from the iPhone / icloud account.

I reset them. Did everything again. AND SURPRISE. SAME PROBLEM….

But thank you apple for making me jump through another hoop.

PS: I am constantly disappointed by Apple recently. Walked twice into an Apple store a few months ago to try the Airpods Pro 2. Once it was almost empty. Waited for about 5 minutes before they brought the AirPods Pro 2. When I asked where the other tips are, they stated, that they only have the ones which are attached. I said: Ok, so which size is this then? „We don‘t know.“ - Other questions could not be answered either.

The second time, they send me from downstairs - ground floor, upstairs 1st floor to then ask someone on the left side. He told me to over to the right side and wait in line. When it was my turn, they said „this is the express cash“. How would I know? In the middle of the store, with no register and no sign either. They wanted to send me again downstairs. I then told them about my small Odyssee. I could then wait another 10 minutes to try the AirPods. But the first ones they brought were the AirPods 3. Luckily I noticed just before the employee disappeared again.
